Another pointless app
Seemless check in, yeah sure. Tried three times to check in and on each occasion was met with the message ‘something went wrong’. Thanks, that’s really helpful.

Worst ever!!
Locked out of my room at 4am still can’t get in my room and hour later with ZERO support on the app or hotel. I will call our travel agent in the morning. This is completely unacceptablelocked out with NO hlep
Super buggy
This app is terrible or at least my experience has been during the initial intake. It crashed several times. I’ve had to redownload it repeatedly. I don’t like it. Fire your devs.Dont Lend on Solo

Unreliable, nice idea though
Check in worked smoothly and the first time we accessed the room the key worked from the app. However every subsequent time after that the app key would not work (app says door unlocked, the actual door flashing red not green). Rendered it useless for the trip and reverted to the reliable hotel key card.Show lessnpwb

Smart concept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice place with great view the DC lifestyle. Much more roomier than a hotel and feels like a place you could stay for awhile.
Price is good but know there is a cleaning fee and DC average parking fee.dwayne4dc

I love the convenience and the mobile experience and interface. This is one of the best hotel apps in the market. Especially with Covid in place.Todd trip to DC
