Doesn’t work
I’m staring at my hotel confirmation on my computer screen, but despite all I try, this app can’t find the booking. Waste of time setting it up, and having to give personal contact data in the process.planetsmith1

Really handy app, allows you to access all your bookings from one place. Pre-check in and pre-payment available through the app, how handy in times of social distancing. The best feature is the hotel room key that is sent directly to your phone ! You can communicate with hotel reception via app too! Check out is seamless - just view your bill and pay. No need to queue at the reception. All in all - great time saver, making the experience very efficient.Show lessKKNitLnd
1 star because you can’t give less
This app does not work. First it finds the hotel, then it can’t find it and won’t bring up the option. Then it doesn’t recognise the booking reference. Impossible to navigate. Spoke to hotel to complain and I’m told I am one of many people ringing to complain that the app doesn’t work. Been told the company have tied the hotel into a contract they can’t get out of........... not cool.Show lesswastfield79
