The whole experience was amazing. My husband and I loved every moment of it. However, the main lift is being used by staff and guests at the same times which make it quite unpleasant. This shows that the quest are not of priority. Another point I’d like to make about the check in process is when the guests arrive, the checking staff needs to verify with the guests their entirety of the package that have been booked. This would avoid any embarrassment to the guest. For example this morning, after a 2 nights stay, going for breakfast we were faced by the embarrassment of not paying for breakfast in a dining area filled with guests. This was not nice at all and could have ruined our first time visit experience at your hotel.Show lessNot Smooth
