  • Unable to login

    Both my partner and I have downloaded this app and we were not able to login even after leaving it for 10 minutes. Tried on Wi-Fi + Mobile Data, tried creating new accounts and also as guest but no luck. Would be great if this could be sorted.

  • Don’t bother

    On holiday and thought this app would help our visit to the park.
    Slowest app ever to download and after 20 minutes still couldn’t open.
    12 of us tried on all networks which we had success on other applications with.
    Total waste of time. Must have been all the application creators friends that gave such rave review.

  • Must do if visiting Cancun area

    This was a must try I was solo and I enjoyed myself noted to come at opening so you can do everything and be able to eat at the buffet this experience is unforgettable!

  • Middle of the Pack

    It’s a very beautiful place and convenient placement for the parks. However, the food options and availability is terrible if you have a picky family. Buffet food is on par with places like shoneys or ponderosa. Sit down eating at most of the other places is on par with a lower quality Applebees?

    They have a few places that are good but they’re difficult to get into without well in-advance reservations. My family does not like to do this, we are spontaneous eaters, so we struggled with food here.

    Aside from that, everything else is great. So maybe think twice about paying for the all inclusive package. In my experience, it’s not worth it.

  • Shark adventure

    My husband and I did the shark adventure twice it was amazing very well put together unforgettable experience! Would like to give a big shout out and thank you to Manuel for making this experience very special. Highly recommend this adventure if you like sharks and snorkeling you will love it.   • Absolute horror

    Paid 90 dollars to get pictures of my experience at Xplor with my sister. The pictures are not as promised and you can not download them! This app doesn’t even load past the first page. Customer service is useless. Ruined my Mexico trip

  • Wow, two months and still no fix?

    I just downloaded this app, hoping I could use it for my trip to Xel-Ha tomorrow and found the same issue folks have been complaining about since 4/15; I can’t login. I’ve tried Google, Apple and even manual signup and I can’t get past the loading animation. Two months of folks complaining about this with no fix is unacceptable, and shows just how much the company appreciates their end users. I just hope I don’t receive the same disrespect at the park tomorrow…

  • Can’t get past login page

    I’ve tried logging in as a guest, creating an account, and using Google to log in — can’t get past the spinning symbol on the login page. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and waited on the screen for over 10 minutes. Nothing other than the spinning symbol. Very disappointing.

  • Doesn’t work

    Me and my partner have not been able to use the app at all. We wanted to use it to download the photos from our recent visit to Xenses but neither of us have been able to use it.

    Both of us have downloaded the app but have not been able to set up an account or log in. We have tried for days and have given up.
