  • App not working

    Just downloaded this app in preparation for my upcoming trip and it won’t let me log in at all! Purchased experiences online and thought getting the app would make it convenient to see my purchases but after I type in all my login information and hit go NOTHING happens! I can continue as a guest no problem but I’d like to see the things I’ve purchased! Why else keep this app!? Confused and frustrated….

  • Not Opening

    App won’t even let me log in or open on an IPhone 13 mini…. It use to open no problem. What happened?

  • Buying tickets

    It was very confusing trying to buy tickets on line. I thought we we’re buying them for all day and the night show. It turns out we only bought the night show ones. I called and the fellow I was talking to was not very helpful, but once we got in the park it was great. The restaurant we went to was really good. A great variety to choose from. I wish I had more time to see everything

  • Amazing hotel. Picture package is lacking

    We went to multiple parks and got the multiple park package for photos. We have still not received the photos we are missing. For the price we paid, I would assume they would be ready after 4 days since our other pictures from later activity’s came through.

  • Does not work as a park map without internet connection

    I primarily downloaded this app to use at the Xcaret park, since they do not have paper maps anymore. This app takes forever to load and does not work without a working cell connection, which is quite spotty throughout the Xcaret park. As such, the map is quite useless. They should revise this app to enable offline map functionality.

  • One of the best parks..but

    We visited several world renowned parks over the years and Xcaret is one of the best ones as far as customer experience, quality of food and the shows are fantastic, the staff is top notch and polite in the restaurants, with all this I have a few suggestions for the park.
    1. Have more accessible prices for national tourist, everything is priced for foreign tourists and that leaves out most of the nationals to enjoy the experience
    2. I asked a worker if they could afford to visit the park as a guest and they said they cannot
    3. They could improve a little bit more on the parking signs to make it more clear where to go and where did you leave your car
    3. Prices for souvenirs are really high even for foreign tourists, and the quality of items is not a match for the prices
    4. On the last show of the day at 7 pm could use some fans to circle the air, specially when there is a lot of people on the same area, it feels a little suffocated specially with the humidity
    5. The bathroom doors are tiny for us taller people, I could almost peak my head over it while seating on the toilet, not a very private session I must say

  • Xei-Hi park

    The park is huge and great for a day out with the family,plenty to see and do with excellent food. The free snorkel masks are poor and the fins are not great. Ended up using my own equipment. Some off the attractions were not available which was a disappointment as my son really wanted to do them. The photo package is a rip off by as I had a discount voucher through TUI and purchased the full package with the girl at the front desk explaining everything was included and scoring out part with additional payment required on my receipt. Carried out the power snorkel and didn’t get the video uploaded to app. Have now challenged this with the park and told its extra even though I bought full package poor show from park and customer services. Won’t be buying packages again will bring my own equipment next time.

  • Swinging with Dolphin

    It was a very nice experience but very over priced. we were not able to take our cameras or photos I during this activity.
    photo packages are crazy expensive but since we don’t have any other way of keeping the memories that we had to purchase. $250 -$330

  • Best vacation ever!

    We recently went with our whole family of 25 and we had the time of our lives! All 25 of us! The food was fantastic and the pros were excellent!!

  • Horrible experience trying to retrieve pictures

    I purchased an inclusive package to the xavage park and was told we could purchase pictures afterwards with no further instructions. When I first arrived they tried to pressure us into buying $90 video package for 2 people for the speed boat. They didn’t mention how to retrieve pictures at all. I called the customer service line and they requested a helmet number. NO ONE told us that we needed a helmet number!! They said they would send us all the pictures and we could manually go through them ourselves. The customer service rep was rushing me off the phone and she told me she couldn’t send the email right now because she’s busy. NEVER AGAIN!!
