  • Works great just learn how it works

    I have received every penny earned so far. It seems many people don’t understand when the cash is earned. Referral payments occur only once your referral links their credit card. Once that happens...boom!...you get your referral bonus. When I gas up at Exxon...boom! it’s in my account before I leave the station. Definitely miss the Hotel feature. I earned $305 on an 11 night stay...as soon as I checked out and the booking was final...boom!...it was in my account.

    I also ordered online merchandise and once the return period expires I will earn the cash back on that purchase.

    Again all you 1 stars and 2 stars need to understand the terms regarding when cash is earned.

  • The app is asking me to update and there is no update available in the App Store.

    I’m basically locked out of my account and the $60+ that I’ve gotten back. Also the referral program is a complete scam, I’ve been physically standing next to people that I properly referred and the app didn’t register them as pending referrals. I emailed customer service and they confirmed that the people I referred are actively using Dosh, but would not pay me for my referral because I supposedly did not refer them correctly. I will not be surprised when a class action suit is filed against Dosh for unpaid referrals, the $10-$15 dollar referrals they fail to pay out improperly will definitely add up. I only continued to use the app because I do regularly shop and eat at two of the very limited places where Dosh has available deals. The app can make you some money back, but if it locks you out from retrieving your money (my current situation) then there is nothing you can do.

  • Poor Customer Service

    ***UPDATE***
    It’s now been 23 days and 4 tickets later and still no response from customer service. The Facebook messenger bot gives me the standard please submit ticket if not answered within 1 week. I have reopened the original ticket and the second one I placed. Just opened another today. They were quick to open a ticket, suspend my account, and close their ticket but I can’t even get a response from “customer support” or lack there of. Guess the waiting game will continue.

    I LOVED the app. It was fun to try new places get cash back and share for an added bonus. Then out of the blue I’m locked out and cannot transfer my earnings. So frustrating! All I get is an error. Saying there appears to be possible fraudulent activity. What does that mean?!?! I don’t know please submit a ticket and our customer support will get back to you in 2 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. So have fun while you can because it looks like eventually everybody gets their account suspended after reading the reviews. If you want more stars REPLY to your customers!

  • Utterly disappointing

    I’d had a problem with not receiving my $10 and only received $5. Following there antisocial system I was restricted to only being able to submit my concerns via help center. The next day or so. I was basically told everything was done according to the promotion. After being unsatisfied with their false statements. I proposed the concerns differently. I’m sure you know what they did yet again. So, I wanted to just leave the site alone only to find out that there was not a visible option to remove my cards' personal info off. But it gets dirtier. As I said before I’d was initially upset for only receiving five dollars out $10. So by doing the math what do I have left? Yes!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 5 bulks. And imagine my surprise when I cannot transfer my only $5 to my real wallet. But I can donate no problem. This was utterly disappointing and a huge let down. If you have this app tell no one else. And if you need this app I urge you to use cash out. It probably doesn’t offer cash back but it’s doesn’t offer hidden Agendas either. Good luck ppl.

  • It’s fine... or seems so, at least

    It kind of depends what’s in you area for the in-store offers. Like when I first joined, there were oil change places, thrift stores and restaurants. Now there’s only a majority of restaurants, which again, is fine, and def a perk when you travel. It would be nice if you partnered with some gas stations or something.

    Now the online offers, that’s where I’m taking away stars. 1) there is no “pending” section of cash back earned. Considering the wait time of 60 (per the offer page under a specific site) to 90 days (per the support section), I think that a pending section would really clear up the mystery. 2) why do online offers with target and Walmart but not in-store? I just think it would make better sense to offer both since you are partnering with them already...
    But as I said, it’s fine. It’s not anything crazy amazing, but it’s nice if you’re hunting for a deal.

  • I don’t trust this app anymore

    At first, it was great. It was nice seeing all the little cash back offers add up with our regular purchases with linked cards. But not one offer has been added to my account since 4/18, and we’ve eaten at one restaurant- listed as a 10 percent cash back option- at least three times. We’ve shopped at sams club, also a Dosh participant, weekly, and again, nothing.
    We have $21 in our account just sitting there abs cannot withdraw it because the minimum is 25. I’d like to just drop dosh and look into other cash back programs, but don’t want to just leave the money we DID get back behind. We are owed a decent chunk of change (no one goes into dams club for “just the little things”), but I have no idea how to get it. Because the app was working fine for so long, I haven’t kept receipts, and the help/support tab on the app is useless.
    I’m not happy and won’t be unless dosh developers figure out what’s wrong, fix it, and give an “oops we messed up” cash back bonus to app users who have been shafted.
    I would not recommend this app to anyone at this time.

  • Worth it

    I was referred to download Dosh and felt skeptical about it, but I’m glad I did. It’s easy cash back without having to think about it! They don’t have amazing options but I get cash back at places I didn’t even realize I would. I went shopping and purchased clothes at forever 21 and long behold, I had a notification from dosh saying I got cash back! I did run into an issue that they did not give me cash back at a restaurant I went to, but my boyfriend received his portion. I contacted customer service and they claimed they didn’t have a deal with the establishment, but I was persistent and sent them screen shots (turned out the address was incorrect on the app) then they eventually gave me my cash back offer. Alright it was a hassle to go back and forth with them over email, they’re customer service was A+ and they are very friendly. Would recommend to my friends.

  • Sigh. Please read.

    If you’re looking for an app that changes their terms more than they actually pay their customers, look no further. This is for you. If you’re looking for an app that has employees who give you the run around for months and feed you lies, yet again, this is for you. If this app didn’t run a promotion for free money I guarantee you it would not have as many stars. Don’t get me wrong, I made easy money on here also. But that’s until they suspended my account without warning and fed me lies. I signed up with a texting app, their terms changed months later stating you couldn’t do that, and well you guessed it, they locked me out of my account. Almost $300 in there I worked to get, I earned, I took my valuable time to do. They told me via emails for months they’d change my mobile number, great, I was happy. Then I received an email today saying I won’t be able to have my account back. Cool, Dosh, pick one thing and stick to it. Give people warnings before you go changing things. Should have had it all figured out before even running this app. Not happy whatsoever. Oh and hey everyone, they blocked me on Facebook AND Twitter because I asked numerous times why I can’t access my account or funds. Please keep in mind, I was polite and kind. I fully understand they’re busy but to treat a customer this way is absolutely absurd.

  • Didn’t get cash back on MasterCard.

    The app works very well in theory all one has to do is type the credit/debit card in the Dosh account and you can receive cash back instantly. I have received all my refer cash back. However what made me not give this app a 5 star. Was the fact that I have used my Master card HSBC credit twice on eligible sams club items one for 35 dollars and the other for 13 dollars and the total amount of cash back I received for both transactions was 4 cents. That’s ridiculous!!! The cash back for eligible items on those transaction should have way more than 4 cents. I have contacted Dosh support several times about this issue and they only answer me once and that was almost 3 months ago!! They have yet to fix this issue which is getting me frustrated and second guessing about this app! Hopefully no has the problem that I have been dealing with.

  • Slow or even "No" to pay

    I was excited at first as I joined on during the January 2018 promotional bonus period during which $15 bonuses per referral were supposed to be paid after the referral downloaded, registered and linked a credit/debit card to the app. Most of my friends and acquaintances were skeptical. I signed up during the small remaining period left of the promo so I had little time to recruit people. I managed to recruit two; one for which I was paid the due $15 but I still remain unpaid a month later for the second one. (I was paid only $5 of the $15 bonus.) All the requirements and deadlines were met and I have screenshots to prove them. I have contacted Dosh several times via its support and help link after awaiting an answer and not receiving one. Finally, one rep from Dosh sent me a reply that they had corrected all overdue payments and were no longer accepting "tickets" for inquiries regarding them. This is crap! They owe me $10. Not a huge amount but I earned it and met their requirements. This is a huge disappointment. I am no longer trying to recruit people to Dosh due to this. Also, it took around a month for them to correct an alleged system glitch or error that prevented certain consumer promotions/offers/rebates from being paid. I do not recommend Dosh to anyone. I will continue to use it for its deals and offers but will not be the cause for someone to go through the frustration I have trying to collect my pay.
