Nothing but problems

BEWARE!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars here. Ever since my company switched from Ring to cornexa, it has been awful. Calls come in and we can’t hear them, they will call back and only half the time we can hear them the second time around. Calls will ring to me twice and as I go to answer the call disappears.

My biggest problem is even though it says a coworker is available when I go to transfer the call I cannot because it will only show my work contacts a quarter of the time. The other 75% of the time, I have to have that person hang up and the person will call them back. I feel it’s pretty unacceptable not even being able to transfer calls. I’ve transferred two calls to personal cell phone numbers thinking it was suggesting their work number. Nope, come to find out, it wasn’t showing their work number at all, only the personal contacts I have entered into my phone. Also, I log out of the system on the computer and I STILL get calls. The only way to not is to remove the app from my phone and completely shut down my desktop app. Hate, hate hate cornexa and will keep bugging my employer to go back to how we had things before or switch to a different system.

Works Great for me in Dallas Tx

This app has worked great for me ever since I got it two years ago. I don’t understand the people complaining, which is why I said works great in Dallas Texas. Maybe it has problems when used in more remote areas? Anyway I use it quite frequently and I am glad I have it. If calls drop it is most likely an issue of my cell service if I happen to be driving through sketchy areas. I have never had a WiFi drop unless it was caused by the other side when they were on cellular.

App is just garbage

When you get to a point where a call dropping only once during a conversation is a blessing, you know you’ve got a bad product. It’s clunky, slow, ugly in design, and has zero redeeming qualities. The only consistency is the call dropping, even on high speed WiFi. I guarantee your call will drop. I stayed with it for a while because I really liked the IT company I was working with that used it but I just couldn’t anymore. Maybe their hard wired phone products work better, I have no idea, but don’t use this phone app.

Horrible

My calls constantly drop and I will delete voicemails and it will not show initially that it was deleted. Would not recommend and it’s no better connected to WiFi.

Critical failures remain after a year

The calls virtually disconnect after 5-6 minutes. When you reboot the app, the other caller is still there, but the audio problems require a hang up and start over. Voicemails will disappear for hours on end. Takes too long to load and likes to sign you out without warning. I keep apps updated 2 days max, iOS updates after a month.

Terrible!

My company uses the CoreNexa app and it’s a nice concept, but it’s only about 25% reliable. We experience poor connections, dropped calls, voicemails not coming through immediately, terrible service even when we are in areas with great service. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with it. For a business, it’s a nightmare. It’s very easy to use and has a lot of potential, we just wish it would actually work.

It’s a frustrating app

We have used this in our office for years. Using the app at home or anywhere else is awful. I currently can’t even log in to the app. So, I’m not getting any work calls at all! This is so frustrating. Please upgrade this app!

Horrible

Calls drop constantly. Multiple calls at once is a nightmare. If you are on a cellular call then pull in to the office the call will drop when you connect to WiFi every single time. We have a designated “I’m on a corenexa call a 1/2 block away don’t want to hang up on them” area to park in to keep signal. Email to help desk can take up to 48 hours so it’s not ideal. Most companies see their phone lines as important and cannot wait a couple days for it to work again. Great concept though. I’d enjoy using it once it’s fixed and the bugs worked out. Hasn’t in 4 years so far but if u want to talk to 60% of your customers give it a try. I also love the log u out feature so you can manually type in your email and password every week as it cannot be saved or remembered. I give it a half star.

Terrible App for Business purposes

I use this through my iPhone in my home which has amazing WiFi as well as “trying” to use it on the go with Cellular service which is horrible. The speaker button (to listen hands free on my phone) often doesn’t work / cannot hear anyone talking to me or they are very faint. This app is Ike being in a far away foreign country trying to make a call home. It often throws static during calls, doesn’t make it easy to listen to messages, and text messages are N extra charge that we aren’t even willing to pay for to test out at this point.
I wanted a separate work line to port through my personal iPhone so customers cannot see my number, but it’s just such an absolute pain. I do not recommend.

Office executive

I normally don’t have a problem logging into CoreNexa but today I do, and customer service is not being supportive. I am currently at work and I can’t answer the phone. A big inconvenience to myself and my employer.
