Doesn’t work even on wifi
This app is terrible. As an app that is a voice solution you’d think they’d prioritize QoS. They don’t , calls rarely ever go through. I never receive calls from certain numbers that are not filtered out or blocked. As long as there is data this app should work. I’d rather have static or bad QoS and the calls go through then not.

Great updates - much improved!
My business has been using CoreNexa for the past 3 years. When we first began using the mobile app the service was very spotty and call were frequently dropped. Throughout 2021 the app was updated and service has gotten much better. We are happy with this service and will continue using it!
Rough
Echoing many of the other people, this app is kind of a mess. Not only is it awkward to use in the layout makes no sense, but we only get about 50% of the people call us actually connect.
No problems EVER!
I have read the user review and my experience is contrary to all of the complains. I have not had any issues with the software as well as call quality issues. The CoreNexa App is strictly a VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), which means the user must have a strong to superb WiFi or Data connection to the internet to have adequate or good call quality. I also tell my customers/users ahead of time so the “static” or “call quality issues” will not take them by surprise. I strongly suggest reaching out to your customers/users and ask them what environment they are attempting to place and receive phone calls from and if they have a strong Data/WiFi Connection. Making sure you gather all the details and data before troubleshooting the issues will yield better results than just complaining and making claims based on your feelings.

Unusable
I was excited to have an app that would allow me to still take and make calls while working from home. This app makes that IMPOSSIBLE - I can’t even get a call to go through to other extensions in my own office, the call won’t connect and will drop. When I CAN manage to get a call to go through the audio is so atrocious I can’t make out what the person on the other end is saying. The audio is robotic, scrambled, and constantly breaking up. Wanted to make sure there was a more recent review up to reflect that any issues people have had in the past with this app have not been resolved.

Makes working remote and being on the road very productive
App is very functional and works great as long as you have strong cellular data or WiFi
I really wanted this to work
When a handser and mobile are both peered and a call comes in, answered by the handset, The mobile keeps ringing. This happens whether the mobile is on or off the local area network.
When a call comes in and is answered by the mobile there is no audio from the caller and the caller cannot hear the mobile. This happens when a headset is peered or is not peered.
This is not usable in a professional business environment and is truly shameful.

The worst
Calls drop. Calls drop and I call back and I can still hear the other person talking, like we were never disconnected, but they sound like a robot. More calls drop. I give up and use my cell phone, meaning everyone gets my personal number. I’ve used apps like this at other companies and had no issues. This is just plain terrible and never gets any better. I’ve been stuck with it for 2 years and wish they could just get it right.

Works great!
The CoreNexa mobile app works great. People with issue need to turn off Sip Alg on there network. All the bad ratings are years old. Most issues have been resolved. Compared to other mobile app this one works.
