Easy to use!
I love this app! Working remotely has never been easier! The app is easy to navigate and keeps me connected! I cannot say enough how great this app is.
Works, but not well
App jumps all over when you’re trying to type or click something, speaker phone doesn’t work, sometimes it completely disables my phone screen and I have to turn the phone off then back on just to get out of the app.
Dropped calls and buggy system
I cannot hold a call longer than 15 minutes or it “drops”. Not disconnects, but just goes silent. It also will not reconnect without hanging up and dialing back. This is a nightmare for conference calls.
Also, very glitchy. If I get a call, it will not show in my history most times without restarting the app. Sometimes I even need to restart the phone.
It seems there may be better options out there. Not my call though as it is what my company decided on.

Horrible Product
They simply do not deliver. Calls drop people can’t hear me. Voicemails play over each other. The call forwarding feature doesn’t work. So disappointed. This is for my business and it is a shame I may have to change.
Can’t get by without this
Ever since COVID sent me to 100% work from home, I rely on this app more than ever before. It’s reliable and I don’t have to worry about missing calls or voicemails because I always have my phone next to me.
WHEN it works, it’s a good app.
I’ve been using this for over a year now at my office and when it works, it works well. The big emphasis on “when”!
Cons:
Lots of dropped or unstable calls; call quality often poor, despite good cell signal and WiFi calling enabled on device. Often calls will go straight to voicemail, but the phone never rings.
Voicemail doesn’t always load, so messages from days ago will pop back up as unread. I also often have “ghost” messages that won’t go away.
Can’t always get a return call to connect. When this happens (and it often does), I must call from the “phone” app on device, not CorNexa.
Pros:
It’s nice that we get an email to alert us to a voicemail, as well as a copy of the message.

Worst most unreliable app of all time
I have the misfortune of having to use this app to connect my work line to my cell and it constantly drops calls and doesn't work correctly and half the time doesn't even ring on my end then says I have a missed call! Terrible app and the new update only made it worse. I just tried to answer a call and right as I accepted the call- a notification within the app popped up and ended the call immediately. This app is causing so many issues for my business. Do not use this app!!!

Disappointing
The 2020 Work from Home situation was the big test for this app. It has failed the test. Most of us use our personal cell phone numbers because the CoreNexa app is unreliable. Constantly drops calls. Incoming calls may or may not ring thru to app, but — even if they ring thru — they stop before you can answer. Avoid this app!
Also, I could find no way to add to Contacts. (Don’t want to use my personal cell phone Contacts.) Shouldn’t there be some way to manually add or import contacts (even if via our Hosted VOIP provider user log-in)?

The worst communication app you’ll ever use
We got an IP phone system at work and this app was a selling point. Ha! Read through the 1 and 2 star reviews and you’ll get the gist of it. Consistently poor call quality, dropped calls, one or both parties can’t hear each other, call history often won’t populate, etc. My favorite though is this little gem; turn off cellular data so it only uses Wifi and yet you’ll be out somewhere, NOT connected to Wi-Fi, and your phone will still start ringing with calls...however when you go to pick up the call it drops it in seconds because hey, you had turned cellular data off! The quality makes this app only worthy of a play thing for kids, not for legitimate business use.

Latest update ruined the app.
UPDATE: The app is absolutely unusable now. Calls drop every 3 minutes- I have screenshots of my call logs to prove it. It’s unbelievable how badly this app has been screwed up in the last couple weeks due to these updates. I’m working remotely from home in a customer service position, so I’m relying on this app for my job at the moment. Incredibly unprofessional for me to have to call a client 4 times in a row to have what should be a simple 10-15 minute conversation.
