Used to work great but now useless

I have been using the app since 2017. For the first two years it was mostly fine. A few times I’d need to call someone back due to clarity issues but otherwise okay. I stopped using last year when my phone started to double ring. Once the person answered, one of the ringings would stop, but the other would continue to ring in the background of my call. Additionally people receiving calls would say they had trouble hearing me. *sigh*

Horrible

If you value any sort of professionalism while making calls this app is not for you!!!! Absolutely Horrible and their customer support feeds you lies until you can’t take the poor quality any longer!! Do Not USe this app and spare yourself the wasted time and frustration!

Great App

I have no problems with the App, as long as I have good internet or Cell coverage it has always worked.

We all thought it would be easier when we switched from desk phones to cell phones with the CoreNexa app in January. It has been a nightmare. Regardless of strength of cell or WiFi signal, the quality of calls is simply atrocious. My job requires sensitive communication with people in crisis and when they cannot hear me or calls are repeatedly dropped, the situation is worsened...if I ever receive the call in the first place! More often than not, I will see a notification of a missed call or a voicemail when I have been stuck to my phone like glue and it hasn’t even rung. The team responsible for implementing this service has tried to advocate with the company to no long-term solution. We have had two updates pushed but things do not improve. It is a huge stressor for everyone in the agency.

Improved over the past few months

I have this on my cell phone and I have been using it for the past couple of months. I am not a heavy user of the app but for what I have used for, it was working way better this past few months. I am sure there is still some work required, as I have heard from our other users that the quality of the call is not always perfect.

Stable and does the job

All things considered equal the app works fine

Not Reliable

If you get 50% of your incoming calls it’s a good day. For months they have been updating the app with no solution. My staff can sit at their desk and hear their desk phone ring, but the mobile app does nothing. Many traveling users get lots of VM from calls that never rang their device.

App is not completely terrible, I wish they would address the issues and updates more often; we have complaints from our customers and we don’t how to answer them. I use the app without many problems. I give it 3 stars only because they do not address problems quickly.

Terrible

Nothing but problems. When calls come in, when I hit answer, says “connecting” then hangs up. Sometimes when it does work, sounds like a tunnel. Oh and I have full bars through data carrier and even on WiFi. Today, new issue ... I make a call using the app (outgoing) and the other party picks up, no one can hear each other. I know because I called back using my cell phone and the other end indicated they their phone rang, they picked up but couldn’t hear anything.

New Update

New update is horrible!!! I try and make a call to a client and it rings one time on my end and then it goes silent but continues to ring on my clients phone. When they answer there phone nobody is on the other line. I try again and yet again it rings one time and goes silent...This is worse then before the update. Used to love the app
