Fantastic product
Product performs as advertised. The performance of the product is impacted by the same issues that would impact a cellular call. With a strong or acceptable signal, the product performance is outstanding. The integration with Apples CallKit makes the interaction with the product transparent. Great solution to Work-from-Anywhere.
I constantly use the App both in and out of the office because of the iPhone’s support of my hearing aids. This integration constantly tests the performance of the App and offers me the most flexible alternative for a desk phone.

Severely dysfunctional and unreliable
Constant and continual situations where either I cannot hear the customer/they hear me or they
cannot hear me/i hear them; dropped calls - while ringing, as i pick up the call, mid-call; and frequently missed calls displaying when the call
never rings to me. I would love just one day where I do not run into issues with this app. Providing my direct cell number to customers has been the alternative, though not a happy alternative for me. Unfortunately, this app tied to a 3rd party we partner with. I will be lodging a significant complaint with them on the lack of reliability with the app and negative impact this is having on our clientele.

Great Tool for Business
Such a power tool for my business. Can work from anywhere! Performance is great so long as connection is stable and strong.
Life Saver since Covid-19 began!!
I’ve been using this app since March when my office transitioned to working remotely. At first I did have some issues with it... but soon there after, many updates and revisions have been made and now this app has been a life saver! I’m able to make and receive calls on my work phone. Conference calls. Extension to extension dial. And more. I highly recommend!!

Terrible App
Been using this app for 4 months and it’s terrible. It frequently is unable to upload my contacts. My call history and voicemail disappear. It seldom rings and I frequently have missed calls. If you are an employer, look elsewhere when using an inter based phone system. This is the worst one I have ever used.

How is this still a company?
We have spent almost 2 years with liberty communications and this app is their second offering. It’s unbelievable that a company can charge for a service that simply does not work anywhere near the expectation. I was finally able to find one reason to give them some positive feedback, and that is that they let us off of our contract because I’m guessing they knew we were going to get lawyers involved next. It’s such an unbelievably horrible service with unbelievably horrible customer service and I wouldn’t wish this on the worst of companies.

I HAVE LOST MANY CUSTOMERS THANKS TO THIS HORRIBLE APPLICATION
I have lost many customer’s because this application disconnects me EVERY TIME I am on the phone with a customer. Not even 30 seconds into the conversation, I get disconnected. It doesn’t matter whether I am connected to WIFI or using my cellphone data, the application DOES NOT WORK.
Terrible Quality
I have every problem imaginable such as customer can’t hear me, I can’t hear customers but they can hear me, static, dropped calls, customers calls drop while ringing several times before they get through, missed calls when it never rings, customer says it rings several times on their side when I pick up on the first ring. I usually have to call back on a separate line just to be able to hear them. I have been through several troubleshooting call with the techs, moved from server to server, ran tests on my WiFi (no issue with my WiFi strength). This system would be great if it worked. It just doesn’t bc technology hasn’t caught up enough to ensure quality. I have no way to track how much lost business and money this has cost me but the aggravation I can and it’s at the peak of my tolerance! I’m done!

I’m loving the app.
I use the CoreNexa app whenever out of the office and it works excellent. I love the ability to call coworkers directly on their extension and our provider told us that SMS is coming in about a month which will make this app even better. I know that many people complain about call quality but I don’t experience that in the Phoenix area at all. I’m using Verizon and they have excellent coverage here. Any VoIP phone is subject to internet quality so most issues with choppy voice can’t be blamed at the app.

Great option to go Mobile
This app is a great complement to my business phone. It allows me to get my messages, call customers and clients and even set forwarding option when I’m not in the office. Highly reliable and efficient.
