This app is functional for paying your bill. It’s not very user friendly otherwise. Besides that SRP policies are atrocious. The app doesn’t proactively warn you to lay your bill BEFORE you are late. Want to guess why? Because SRP would rather charge you a late fee. Also, look at how they treat solar customers. It’s a threat to their business model, so they try to discourage free use any way they can.

Terrible app
Terrible low quality app that barley works. Additional, love that I can pay my bill on this app but CANNOT SEE MY BILL BREAKDOWN!! This is actually concerning and possibly a violation of the law as you are making it impossible for people to transparently see their bill all while encouraging them to use the app to pay it. Because you know they won’t be able to see their bill and question anything. Sketchy company…

APP is TRASH
This app doesn't even hold your information. You're better off just going the long route and pay your bill from site. I don't understand why SRP refuse to fix this. They know their app doesn't work well. I've told them over the phone and I'm pretty sure others have as well. And now, my bill has doubled which is unusual. It's usually at 2 different prices that's reasonable when using my air.

please bring back staying logged in
This is a pretty decent app, no complaints, but with the latest update that introduced FaceID login, we now get logged off every time after using the app. It used to keep me logged in. But I don't use FaceID on my phone, so this means that I need to lookup and re-enter my password every single day. Please bring back the ability to stay logged in. Thank you.

App not accurate
SRP has a user-friendly app however, I do not feel it is accurate. There has been numerous times where I’m not home and the usage is too high. Additionally, there has been numerous times where I set my air conditioning setting lower than normal because I need a break from the heat, and the following day, the app tells me I didn’t use as much electricity as the day before. My feeling is that if you’re going to have an app to help the users know how much electricity they’re using it needs to be more accurate.

Won’t allow me to log in
I’m on budgeted billing and I can only pay or view my bill from the website. The app is garbage. It will only allow me to sign up for an account, not actually log into my existing one. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Update the app!
This app used to be somewhat useful but now I can’t even log into it. The login button is not active does nothing..
Login is Greyed out and SRP knowingly doesn’t fix this
It’s impossible to sign in. At this point it’s clear SRP has this “bug” on purpose. They will respond to this review and say to call their customer support which will then say they don’t know about this bug. Simply put, you can’t use this app. It’s unusable.
First experience terrible
I can’t log in. The button won’t ever enable. I use a password manager to auto fill my credentials and the developers wrote the app to expect some kind of manual entry to trigger enabling the button.
If you’re not going to properly invest in an app, then don’t write one. It’s just better to use the website.

Can’t login due to grayed out Login button
I have complained a many times directly to SRP about being unable to log into their app. They completely ignore their customers, look at all of the one star reviews which people can’t login. Ridiculous
