Not helpful
I am *never* able to log into this app. Not bc I don’t have my log in, but because it log in button is never clickable. It’s always just a faded color like it’s waiting for more info to be filled in. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but no luck. I have to go to the actual website to get my info, defeating the point of an app.

Still cannot login after a year :/
After a certain update last year, I have been unable to login. I re-download this app every now and then, but the result is the same; correct credentials but the login button is deactivated, but the “keep me logged in” toggle and “sign up” button are active. Last year I ended up creating a shortcut from srpnet on my Home Screen which works fine but I’d rather use a stable app. I am using a 12 Mini currently running iOS 15.4.

Unable to login
Since I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro, I’m unable to login to my account. I’m unable to uninstall and reinstall because it remains in my cloud. My credentials are correct and I’m able to login on the website but the app is the problem. I’ve contacted SRP and they have been unable to help. I’m totally frustrated with this non working app taking up space on my phone.

Can’t make payments for future dates
Can’t use the app to make payments for future dates. Once I get the email that my bill is ready I usually try to immediately log onto the app to set up a payment on the due date. Never allows me so I have to log in through safari on my phone. What’s the point of the app at this point?
Useless
This app does not work. I tried to sign in & it won’t let me. I used the desktop to rule out it being a password issue & was able to sign in that way. App was not great to start. Very limited use & unable to receive notifications.
Something wrong with login
I just set up my login info a couple of minutes ago and immediately tried logging in with the same info. It didn’t work so I tried resetting the password. Still didn’t work, so there’s just something wrong with the app in some way.
Doesn’t allow me to sign in
The app doesn’t allow me the option to sign into my account and when I try to create a new account, it says that my email address is already in use. It’s an endless loop that renders this app useless to me. Deleting from my phone.
Your app doesn’t work
I downloaded this app about five days ago and I have never been able to log into the app rendering it useless to me and as much as I want to give a rating of zero I cannot since there’s no option for zer0!!!

Horrible
I used to use this app to pay bills check my usage and now. I can even long in it won’t hold my new password it keeps telling me it’s incorrect. Hopefully someone sees this because Customer Service can’t help. I have to reset my password every time I need to make a payment.
Useless
App is useless. Can’t even log in anymore.
Update: First review submitted in February. Nearly three months later and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing; login button stays greyed out regardless. Seriously think this is done maliciously so folks don’t have as easy access to the account and miss payments since they’re not receiving app notifications and in turn, they can collect late fees.
