Usage stopped working
Usage was working fine in the app but after I switched to an electric vehicle plan the Usage tab stopped working. It shows “we’re sorry but usage information for this account is not available”. It’s been like this for over a month.
Usage information is still available in the website however so it’s just an app issue.

Need usage data on budget billing? Sorry, not for you.
I used to use the SRP app to check my energy usage periodically - after I signed up for Budget Billing, I wasn't able to. If you can't see your usage and are on Budget Billing - that's what's happening. I know this because I just switched from budget billing to standard and can now see usage on the app again. Ask SRP why, because in all of my contact with them, they don't have an answer. Whether you are budget billing or standard, you should be able to see at LEAST your usage. After all, usage is kind of the basis of SRP'S product, regardless of billing preference...

Useless for Demand Charge Accounts
It was useful when I was on the time of use plan to see how much electricity was used for the hours of the day. But since switching to the demand plan, I can no longer see that data. I have to login to the website for that, which makes this app useless for demand charge customers.
We need an app that works for ipad!
We surely need an app that works for ipad correctly, this app is very convenient for srp customers on the go but for home use we could really use an app that works for ipad/tablets. I’d like to see a full screen version for my ipad, i think we would all appreciate having a good app that works for our phones and tablets. Earn your 5th star!!! Thank you!

Does not stay logged in!
This app is very useful but it’s very annoying to be required to login again every other time I open the app. The “stay logged in” feature is virtually worthless. Too bad because this app has a lot of potential to help customers in a very convenient way.
For how Smart their grid is the app is stupid.
I can’t believe company with such sophisticated infrastructure doesn’t have an app that supports the tech they utilize. Can’t log in. The UI is outdated and not at all user friendly. It doesn’t show what plan you’re on, doesn’t let you change that plan... will be deleting the app and will stick to their website.

Zero stars
This app is bs. I used it twice to purchase power both times it processed the payment and then said there was insufficient funds. I verified my card and bank information they just don’t know what they are doing. Charged me $30 each time and so I deleted the app. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me smh.

App doesn’t work
I don’t know what they did to the app but the SRP app does not work! I can’t even sign in with it even if I do it manually and keep each letter and put each part of my password in manually I still can’t login so I don’t know what you’ve done SRP to your app but he basically made it worthless it has no value on my screen!

Newest version is terrible
I loved the app, then they updated it two weeks ago and now it’s garbage. It’s slow and sluggish, it can’t remember my login information and keeps logging me out, even though I tell it to remember my login information. I used faceID to recall a stored password from the srpnet website and it still refuses to fill in my information and log me in. I used to use the app to pay my bill and record my daily usage, but now I can’t go back several days without getting a headache from frustration. It’s slow and just doesn’t work now. I did not use the app to pay this time because I just did not want to fight with it. PLEASE REVERT TO A PREVIOUS VERSION! I hate this new app!

Can’t see hourly data the same as before
I’m on a standard rate plan and before the update I could tap on each our to see the energy used and it would stay visible. Now I have to press and hold to see it but that’s hard when the data is obscured by my finger. The old app seemed to be quicker and easier to read too. This one seems like it is still in beta mode.
