Rocky Start but Excellent Finish
We got off to a rocky start but it was because of the Corona & being to busy to get back to me. I kept getting replies through friends accounts & felt like I was ignored & my money was frozen In my account. Everything’s been worked out & it’s way better then I ever thought. I haven’t had any issues. Everyone’s been great help, especially with me bugging all the time because top ups weren’t processing every time. Great support & great app. I’ve never had an ewallet that I’ve not had any issues with but now that everything works, no issues so I def recommend using MuchBetter!Show lessBamaLaDawn

Contacted customer service again and again with patience (automated email saying reply within 24 hours)
Supplied all the relevant information needed to trace transaction..... nothing.
Absolutely no Communication back.

Be Careful
This app allowed me to deposit money but then when it came to spending the money it rejected the transaction. It then doesn’t let you withdraw the money unless you have a minimum amount. I tried contacting support about 3 or 4 times and they eventually got back to me after months asking me for card details and verification etc. Still haven’t heard back from them and still haven’t been able to spend or withdraw my money so it’s basically just sitting there.Show lessBroskieMouskie

I deposited money on 26th December. Due to having a new number I couldn’t access my monies but could see it on the account linked to my old number. I have tried emailing (it’s the only way of contacting). They’re meat to get back in a day or two and no response. I again top up to a new account linked to my new number and have contacted them again as the monies was not showing in my account. They have copies of my I.D, and the transaction details. Instead of responding to me they have now locked me out of both accounts. I have gone through the third party for a refund and today I will be contacting the financial ombudsman. There is no way of contacting the company, have found the director but no contact details for him also. Also they have loads of negative reviews alongside my experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!Show lessabctoulve
Terrible customer service.
On two occasions I have lost money using this app. Once was when they refused a Credit saying is was from an account with a different name. When it wasn’t. The money never went back into bank account. I emailed them and their service was so bad I just gave up. 2nd a transaction left my account but never arrived. I will certainly never use them again and would advise anyone else not too either.Show lessNeed more beer
