Waiting over a month and still not had my money
I have requested my money back in May 2020 and I still haven’t had it.
I am taking this firm and all my data to the authorities who deal with ppl like this.
Customer service is non existent!! Constant excuses, 2 emails in 6 weeks??!! Pathetic.
Anyone wanting info on these bandits please feel free to get intouch with me. I have screenshot transaction going into the account etc and have emails of there pathetic excuses

The app has accepted a payout that I got but the app won’t let me verify my identity. It just says something went wrong over and over. Support has not responded and it has been over 24 hours, close to 48. If this weren’t the case I’d give it 5/5 but I just need some way to get to support.amamma1
Useless App
I played poker online (pokerstars) once and to collect my earnings I had to download this proxy app that serves no functional purpose aside from taking a commission of your own money. I still have 15 pounds in this god horrible app that I can’t withdraw because the minimum withdrawal is 20 pounds. I can either turn it into cryptocurrency and loose 2% of it or I can use that money to play other crappy online games. I just wanted to play a game and withdraw my money, I did not want to download an extra app that offers me 0.Show lessmuchbettersucks

One of the best payment wallets!
I was anxious to sign up to a new payment app, but I found MuchBetter surprisingly straight forward to complete the sign up and account verification process. I’ve had no problems at all with the app so far, and making deposits with online gaming sites has been so easy!
What I like about the app is the rewards and the cash offers you get with online sites. I would definitely recommend this to others.

2 years of flawless transactions. Not a scam at all
Not sure about all these “scam” reviews. I use this weekly for PokerStars and casino sites. If you don’t type reference code in it takes a while to get your money and a few days when asking for a withdrawal to your bank via etransfer. Thanks to developer. Please don’t download this app
This company is very unprofessional. Their agents emails are poorly written and lack basic knowledge. It’s also a scam. Every single person who deposits to this company has their deposit accepted immediately. But then struggles to withdraw any money. They question you on it. They email you saying your withdrawal is under review. And interrogate you as to why you have requested to withdraw funds.
This is the first review I’ve ever written for any app I’ve had. And I genuinely don’t want what’s a happened to me to happen to anyone else. Your money will not be safe with them.Show lessValueHunter70707
