Hopeless
Very very hopeless spent half an hour trying to connect it and it still doesn’t connect and very irritating soundwave that you have to use to connect to the camera

Needs a widget
Would love a widget so I can add this to shortcuts .. also needs a WiFi select from list rather then a type in your WiFi name. Apart from that it’s not bad.The land under other guy

Failing
It worked brilliantly for a few weeks. Not so good now. I should have gone for another system. No more notifications and lots of trouble pairing to the wifi network. Now with NBN it’s worse.Volvodyne
Camera
App a stupid so are cameras. They don’t sink to your phone and the app plays up all the time. Waste of time put more money towards a better setup and save yourself the troubleeli123332
App Update Needed
The app is ridiculous. Constantly having issues with notifications not appearing in the app for playback or push notifications on my phone. Then spend hours troubleshooting and wasting time with the Support Team who always think it’s the customer not using the product properly. Update the app... If you need Security Cameras and that’s important to you...then I suggest anyone considering purchasing not to waste their money. Too unreliable.Show lessJuliet Arundel
Too difficult considering it is 2020
I have spent an inordinate amount of my day attempting to set this camera up using my iPhone/iPad. It appears to be linked to the wifi but I can’t see it on the software. The app tells me, incorrectly, that there is no SIM card installed.
When so much of what we have is wifi connected this should not be impossible. I suggest you shop around for a more reliable, easy to use productShow lessucdailoi
Disappointed
Camera constantly goes offline despite still being on the network and pingable. Clearly junk firmware in the camera.AndyK_OZ
