Excellent app

This app is amazing !! Keeps me on track, motivated and have been inspired by the coaching.
Am healthy at 67, eat whole food plant based no oil, and do intermittent fasting. Have done this for a few years now. Absolutely great!!

Terrible customer service and took my money

Absolute con. Do not download this app or pay the reduced amount for the initial trial period. I downloaded and paid for this app through social media and therefore it didn’t show up in my apple subscription, so it wasn’t clear that I needed to cancel the subscription. I only realised when I had a declined payment for a massively inflated subscription fee. No reminders or warning. I cancelled the subscription but they have continued to try to take the payment 3 times in 5 days, despite emailing 3 times to ask that this is cancelled. This is a huge concern considering I have direct debits for bills needing to go out of this account. No response to emails apart from an AI generated email telling me how to cancel my subscription, even though I’ve already done this. The issue isn’t that I can’t cancel the subscription, it’s the fact that they continue to try to take a subscription that I have cancelled. It feels like entrapment and duping of individuals.

Free features

I downloaded a few fasting apps that were “free” and found once I got into them I couldn’t go any further without paying a monthly fee, until I found this app. Yes you can pay for the coaching side but if you don’t want to you don’t have to! but can still use the apps features on the most part. Very happy I found this app

One of the most user friendly fasting Apps

This is by far one of the most user friendly fasting focused apps I’ve come across in a long time. Not only does the app go through the different fasting types in intricate detail but it gives notifications and updates during your fasting progress which I found very motivating during the tougher times and helpful when I needed to know more.

Great fasting app that has really done its homework and provides coaching that is very likely to speed up your fasting journey in knowledge and practice.

Easy to use

This app is free and easy to use. You can pay to have a coach but with all the free features it’s worth it.

Keeps charging you even when you cancel

I didn’t like this app right from the beginning and I cancelled it and they keep charging me..
