Music part doesnt work
For some reason the only part of the music part of the lights that works is jingle bells? Please get them working with spotify!!!!!
The music makes the app crash
I went to go play a song from my music library and every time I went to play a song, the app crashed. Even the Jingle Bells song that came with the app. I went to see if the app needed to be updates but I already updated it. It looks like you said you fixed the problem in this new update but I’m still having trouble playing music. Other than that great app!

Music Does Not Work
The music function works the first time for me but then it stopped working. however I don’t really mind because I don’t care for music. I just wanted to be able to change the lights on my phone. it would be really great if you could choose which color specifically you would like in the gradient instead of the preset options.

Customization
Very cool product and I’m happy with the purchase. I hope you are working on adding customization with the “Cool” settings. I would be nice to be able to pick specific colors for certain things (sports, holidays, etc.) and also having two or more different colors on the strip at one time.

Pretty Good but needs a few improvements
Overall, the color wheel and the additional options for the lights that are not included o the remote are cool. The two suggestions i have are, let us have an option to delete the music that comes on the app, and let use use more of your own music.
Honest Review
The main reason I bought their product was because I wanted to play my music and have the lights sync to it. I downloaded the app and I had troubles connecting to the lights but that was simply solved. Although I would recommend better and more helpful instruction in the package. Everything else on the app works great. However, the music part might need to be reviewed over by the developers. My iTunes music is there but, every time I try to play a song the app crashes. The music that comes with the app does work. I imagine it can be something to easily fix. Overall, it doesn’t alter my opinion on the product. The lights work great and the color options along with the dimming works good. Hopefully in the future the app can be worked on a bit more to enjoy the full effect.

Works well but could use fine tuning
Figuring out how to set up the strips took a couple minutes but once you get it it’s easy to do from there on out.
My only request for future updates would be better support for multiple strips. For example, maybe allow naming of connections, custom modes, or a better way to have multiple strips at different settings rather than connecting, adjusting, and then disconnecting one at a time.

Minor concern
I love the lights and the app, everything is easy and intuitive. My only concern is that with this latest update the ability to name the device has been taken away. As a household with at least 2 of these relatively close together it makes it difficult to differentiate. Other than that it works for what I want and need. I wish the custom colors were a little easier to get where you wanted but that’s not a biggie

Music mode useless
The app comes with Christmas songs you can play; however, there’s no way to upload/ play any of your own personal music library. Only the default Christmas provided. The app works with personal music library for anyone using google play, but the app doesn’t work for Apple users unfortunately. Hoping the tech/ developers can resolve this over sight. Now with that stated, the lights and app work great together. Just not having your own music library synced.

Figured out how to fix
When I got these, I was playing around with them for about 10 minutes when I figured out they were unresponsive. I tried everything, from unplugging it all to changing EVERY setting on the app and my WiFi/Bluetooth etc. what worked for me is you need your WiFi and Bluetooth on on your phone, you go to the app, press the left column where it has the color wheel, and you press the three lines in the top left and next to the device name, you click the x in the circle. It crashed my app twice but once it worked it finally said connected and I could use my lights again
