  • Crooks they don’t care about your health

    I had an appointment with Dr William Carr Jr, PA three months ago. They went over my medical history and confirmed that the medication that I needed I have been in for years. I asked for 5 refills. They only put in for one. I called today and asked for a refill and explained that only one refill was attached to the script and it was used. They are trying to force me to book another appointment for the refill. I requested for the doctor to call me back. They stated that the doctor will not call me back or even pull my file until I book another appointment for them to bill insurance. Stay away!!!

Unfortunately, we are not able to solve it here, please give us a call at 888 525 0650 and request to be directed to the manager so we can review this particular issue. At times, our providers are not able to provide refills in the length of 5 months depending on medications simply over telemedicine. Most times, medications as therapeutic need to be evaluated in an office environment prior to prescribing them for a long-term chronic illness. This is done to ensure there are no side effects and the therapeutic is suitable for the patient's chronic condition.   • Great and fast service !!!!!!

    I had some medical issue on Friday night, I called WeHealth and was connected to the doctor right away. The doctor prescribed a medication that amazingly was delivered to my home in 2 hours. I was very happy, not going to the emergency room, waiting for hours to see a doctor, and not getting the medication after all. Thank you!!!
