Amazing App

It’s the most amazing app have ever come across, the reminder for my upcoming shifts is top-notch.

Something ruined this app

This app used to be so great, but now as a scheduler I can’t even schedule on the app. I have to use a laptop or desk top computer to make any changes to the schedule. I don’t carry a laptop with me. Why did this change? It’s so inconvenient. Whatever changes you made on this app ruined the experience for me and made my job harder.

What you might have experienced was a bug related to scheduling that is addressed in v 3.10.4. Great scheduling app

Not to over exaggerate. But this app is great for everything you would need for work scheduling at your work place: mainly checking schedules and booking off time. Schedule is shown week by week on the home page. Calendar page is simply but shows your days on and off with a blue dot. Booking off is as easy as clicking on the day on the month and selecting time frame of the day or all day. App notifies for new shifts, removed shifts or approved time off.

Used to be good

I use this for work. The new update won’t let me see who’s working now and I can’t see when my manager is working at all. This new update has taken away helpful features.

Impossible to cancel

The app is good but once you have made an account, it’s very difficult to cancel.
There is no option or way of cancelling online at all so you need to contact them directly, then wait for another person to contact you - during this time if you are billed; they don’t care and won’t refund you.

I had been using humanity for 2 years and when I needed to cancel, i had to contact someone from support, who then had to connect me with someone 24 hours later; during this 24 hours I was billed again $152

When someone finally spoke to me, they said
My account will be ‘ locked ‘ after 30 days
And I can’t get a refund for the amount taken out because I didn’t give them 30 days notice

Then the person had the audacity to ask me if I’d like to keep humanity for a cheaper price -
I have spent over $1000 on this app and they could not even process a cancellation request or close my account when asked.

If you are a small business owner do not bother with this app, the people behind it do not have any understanding on how to manage small business clients

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. The cancellation terms for Humanity require that a customer cancels 30 days prior to their renewal date (Termination clauses 10 through 12). Little deceiving, it’s a 30 free trial

Don’t usually write reviews, however I find it deceiving to put a listing on the App Store as free when it’s only a free trial and you do not list any pricing. Heck I had to dig on their website to still find NO prices but you need to call. Now I know this is a new trend with SAAS it seems recently, but it seems dishonest if you can’t be upfront on pricing then what else is hidden in the fine print. Software seems decent for what is needed on our end, but will look else where. Not into phone calls everyday from sales people on an app that appeared to be free but way down in the description mentions briefly about being a 30 day trial. This is the whole point of the App Store having both paid and free categories and a free trial isn’t a free app.

Your life will become a nightmare

Welcome in a world of enslavement, useless notifications all the time, new tasks you didn't need to do previously.
Cherry on the cake, this app doen't work with a well secured phone, that mean you have to disable your global protection to access it.
Well done The world is worse now.

Easy to use and glad to have

I use this app to manage a small company of about 10 employees. They have done a lot in their recent updates to manipulate the scheduling system for the better and I’m all for it. Being that I make all the schedules for the company that I manage having something as paramount as this app and site is crucial to be able to let my people know when they are working. I do have to say that for whatever reason none of my workers get notified when the schedule gets posted or changed and that’s something that needs to get fixed. When that gets fixed I’ll update to five stars I have no other complaints.
