  • Terrible app

    I am unable to even register with the app because my policy number is 6 digits longer than allowed. It did find policies when I used a condensed version of the policy number but the rest of my details didn’t match apparently so I have no idea whose account I was attempting to connect to. This app needs a serious review and if these reviews are seen by anyone (which I can see they have been) it seems they don’t care enough to actually improve it. Of course, we all know that insurance companies hate it when money leaves them instead of towards them so I doubt they care enough to do anything to help their customers by making the app easy and streamlined for its customers. Call me cynical if you please.

All policy numbers are seven digits long. If you need additional help, a help page is linked from the screen to register an account that should provide additional assistance. You can also call our Customer Care Center at (800) 422-0550. Thank you.
  • Useful and works as needed

    The user interface is simple enough and navigating around wasn’t complicated.

    All of the basics are in the app; user profile info, claims information, contact numbers for roadside assistance, etc. When used in conjunction with the website, the experience has been pretty seamless.

  • Insanity

    I changed my email, which was my login, and now when I try to log in from the app, it gets stuck in a loop with my face ID auto inputting the wrong email and telling me it’s wrong without letting me correct it.

  • This app is crap

    App bill pay needs complete overhaul.
  • Avoid this company

    For whatever reason my payment didn’t go through so my policy was canceled with no warning and no warning that payment didn’t go through in the first place. So I called to see if I could fix it they told me yes with x amount it would be reinstated with no lapse in coverage well a few weeks to by and my policy is still canceled so I call back again to be told well we now need x amount to reinstate your policy ok so why wasn’t I told that the first time I called?! They never give any notices for anything and cancel without warning. I paid the amount I was told I had to to get my policy back and now can’t get it refunded since I was lied to and they need more money and more fees. I will not be reinstating with them and advise anyone else to look elsewhere! Pay the extra and just go somewhere else because this company is a rip off and scam. You can be driving around with no insurance and not even know.

  • Old app!

    Last update over a year! Very out dated to try and get simple things. More modern apps for insurance, so why not update this or has it been side burner? Oh well, been with grange 30 plus years, mostly log in on laptop or contact agent. Just a FYI
  • Horrible app

    Just terrible. Website just as bad. Slow. Data entry experience bad. At least show the number keyboard when you are in a number field. I get mad every month I go to pay the bills.
  • Worst Insurance company ever

    I have been with this company for a few years and you sign up for auto with draws and they are never consistent neither the amount or the day which they pull it, after you get the insurance they hang up on you before your done and they never fix anything I would give a 0 star if it was available, hopefully with me writing this complaint they will be at least more professional and maybe a bit nicer as well.

  • Geico way cheaper and has a better app.

    Also, they don’t screw up all of your bills. Morons.
  • Awful

    This app is awful. Running around in circles and entering personal information multiple times to recover forgotten password. I hate this.
