  • Doesn’t save payment info?

  • Make it easy to pay your bill

    Your insurance company is quick to cancel policy’s but should be quicker and easier to take my payment. Smart phones and apps everyone has but making them easy to work is a different thing all together. When I bill someone I make sure I offer very easy ways to my invoice. I just don’t hand them a bill and walk away then tell them it’s their problem to figure out how to pay it or I will cancel my services. It is 2021 and no one mails checks anymore. I don’t even know where my checkbook is anymore and that is how often I use it. My car insurance remembers my credit card and gives me the amount due. I am just a few clicks away from paying my bills.

  • Poorly Developed App

    Wow the app is a real stinker. Login difficulties are common, slow & glitchy performance, can’t change payment date when paying, freezes regularly...I assume they did this on the cheap & developed this app internally. If they actually paid a developer to create, they got ripped off!

    Sure would be nice if my payment info could be saved for future use. Pain in the booty every month when making a payment.
  • Can’t create account

    I tried 6 times to create an account!! Not cool Grange.
  • Won’t load

    The app won’t load at all and neither will the web site... need to pay a bill they say I owe and can’t...

    App hasn’t worked in over two weeks without me uninstalling and reinstalling the app love your insurance but your app is trash lets get it fixed because of this I haven’t been able to change my payment date

    Wont let me log in using my fingerprint and keeps asking me for it and you have it wont let me do anything just keeps asking for fingerprint..

    Their whole site is just bad!
  • Glitchy at best

    Never wants to connect. Always get stuck at login. If it does connect, incredibly slow. Not worth effort.
