  • Could be a very useful App

    This gets one star because the app on iOs goes into an endless loop of failure messages when I try to open is using face recognition. Also, it appears that the app has to download new data every time it is opened.....this is a 60 second or more exercise. That is a longtime to make an officer wait for proof of insurance. Fix those and I will give you 5 stars.

  • Doesn’t work with touch-id

    App just keep trying to log-in flashing on my screen. I can see in the background behind the touch-id icon that it will not take my password. That password works in my computers browser.

    Update: I just now deleted the app from my iphone and shutdown my iphone. Started the phone back up and reloaded the app. It took a while, but the app now works with my login.

  • Needs significant improvements for payments

    I can’t believe how difficult you make it take my money.

    My personal information didn’t save in your app so I had to enter it multiple times when attempting to pay. Then I couldn’t remember the full nor partial amount that I owed, so I had to go back to the billing screen, since it wasn’t located on the page where it’s asking how much I want to pay. Lastly, by the time I got to the confirmation page and agreed, an error message popped up stating that my middle initial could only be one character, but it didn’t indicate where that error was, so I had to do everything again, fix the problem where I thought it was (name on credit card), just to have the error come up again. So, after 3 attempts to give you money, I just decided to go to the website. The purpose of the app is meant to provide easy and simplified access to all aspects of an individuals account.

    For improvement, at least to the payment portion of the app:

    - if information is incorrect on a page, it should be noted on that page, before being able to proceed to the next page
    - list the minimum and total billable amounts on the credit card information page, so that it’s easily viewable without having to go back to another page
    - after entering differing information on the personal information page (address and phone number), it should be saved once you proceed to the next page

  • Slow, Buggy, not good

    This app is so clunky... it’s easier, but still painful, to just go to the actual website
  • Can’t choose Security questions

    I keep trying today eat up my account and the security questions pull down menu is blank. I have no options to any questions.
  • Keeps shutting itself down

    I can’t get in to see any of my info! It closes itself immediately
  • App not working - Login issues

    I have attempted to login to my account several times. The app gives an error message after login name and password and asks that I must update Grange Mobile app to current version..... I have the most current version and there are no updates available. Has the app compatibility been discontinued?
  • App Will Not Update

    My iOS is all up to date. My phone apps are set to automatic updates. I try to open the app and it says to update to the latest version. Even uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. What’s going on???
  • Issues

    I keep having issues logging in to the app. Keeps stating I need the most updated version and I have the updated version. So annoying.
  • So easy to use

    This app is so convenient and easy to use! I really appreciate the section where I can access all my needed documents and its not confusing at all. This app also has a very clean look that isn't cluttered with logos and designs. It gives me my information and makes it easy to make payments and keep track of everything
