Literal scam
Bag was one inch too big but don’t fret this fraud company will let you fork over ten dollars to rent their minuscule locker. Employees were sweet and helpful but app and company are a whole scam.

Would give 0 starts if I could
Glitchy, overpriced, and inconvenient. I wasted time downloading this app, which caused me to miss about 15 minutes of an event at Capital One Arena in DC. To make things worse, the box wouldn’t open after the event, and a staff member had to unbolt it to retrieve my bag. On top of that, they charged me nearly $18 for a small box. Completely useless app and service.
