Literal scam
Bag was one inch too big but don’t fret this fraud company will let you fork over ten dollars to rent their minuscule locker. Employees were sweet and helpful but app and company are a whole scam.

Would give 0 starts if I could
Glitchy, overpriced, and inconvenient. I wasted time downloading this app, which caused me to miss about 15 minutes of an event at Capital One Arena in DC. To make things worse, the box wouldn’t open after the event, and a staff member had to unbolt it to retrieve my bag. On top of that, they charged me nearly $18 for a small box. Completely useless app and service.

My lock was open and empty at the end of the concert.
Issues
We went to a stadium with a bag that was one inch over the bag policy. Already frustrating but I get it. We are sent over to these lockers for rent. The sign is in Spanish, so scanning the qr with my camera doesn't take me to the app download. When I got the app downloaded and paid for a locker, the locker was malfunctioning and wouldn't open. Missed 20 min of the game for this junk.

Bad app and locker service
This was used at the Miami Open. The app is confusing and the lockers don’t work and sync properly. We had issues with renting a locker, closing it and then retrieving the items due to app and locker issues. A lot of the lockers were broken at the event.

Great Service without binbox I would have had to walk back to my hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Binbox offers storage for those that doesn’t want to go back to their hotel or car. If anyone’s phone don’t work or have bad cell service the binbox employees will notice and immediately engage offering assistance! They have been getting lashed on for the stadiums rules but they completely understand and stay positive and professional!
