This product has been a game changer for us. It helps us route. It helps us keep track of jobs on our upcoming schedule without having to worry about someone remembering. but the biggest most valuable thing with this software product is the team behind it! they have always gone the extra mile to help build new things that we think may help the software. And those things they don’t know about that only us guys do we bring them allows them to better product even more.

Fantastic system
I have been using Lawnbuddy for about 2.5 years now and I’m very pleased with the layout and the security of the cards that gets sent thru for my customers to pay the invoice it’s a well secured system and if I have any issues or questions Steven and Ellie is a phone call away so I have to thank them for always answering my questions but if your looking for a good system to do everything invoice, schedule and more call and talk to a customer service representative or talk to CEO STEVEN he is always there for his customers day or nightShow lessSullivan Lawn care

Waste of money!
This app is very slow, when I go to the next job and click on address it doesn’t work. After makings jobs complete they don’t go away until after a while. Also when entering someone on the calendar it takes forever to load clients information. Waste of money for me!RocioCortes
DONT DO IT
I’d give it no stars but it’s not an option…
I downloaded the app paid for the $7 basic package and loved the design and layout and user friendliness of the app and just overall how it seemed like it would operate. But had an issue with it crashing before it would open, after a few days of having it. Emailed Steven Werner and after maybe 3 very short or brief normal professionally handled exchanges from both ends of conversation he just completely stopped emailing me after there was no answer to resolve the bug in this app. Or multiple bugs apparently. I gave it 2 ish weeks after that and am now canceling my subscription and deleting the app. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME and the LawnBuddy team doesn’t seem to care to resolve the bugs or even e-mail paying customers back. It seems buggy
Overall I love this app, but the past few days I can’t access it at all because when I tap to open the app, it starts too load, shows the lawnbuddy logo and then closes completely before fully opening the app too the dashboard. Mowing season hasn’t started yet but I see this as a massive inconvenience on the job this season…fingers crossed it gets fixed!!Show lessLast update screwed everything up
The last update you did a few days ago has messed my entire app up. Can’t access anyone’s info . I’m not able to add or delete anything . It load up no problem but have no way of using the app. I’ve deleted and re downloaded and it’s still an issue.. been using LawnBuddy for 3 years now and it seems the lawn buddy team can’t configure how to fix minor issues . If you can’t fix it I’ll have no choice but to take my business elsewhere .Show lessfixyourshit23
Great but need more free features
This app is a very useful app. I use it all the time and could use every single tool but I don’t want to spend money on it. We should have to pay like 10 bucks for all features.436625151718
