Horrible customer service
Please don’t make the mistake of using LawnBuddy to get your yard mowed. They totally dropped the ball and knowingly let my lawn turn into an overgrown mess multiple times this summer … no matter how often I scheduled mowings or begged customer service for help. And then they repeatedly charged me way more than the LawnBuddy app said they would. They didn’t even pass on my messages or some of my mowing requests to the lawn service provider I chose from their app. That made his business look bad in my neighborhood and really frustrated both of us.Show lessJayhawk Grad

I have been trying to figure out how to set my invoices up to automatically come up when I press complete job. I enabled the setting that says it would do this but it hasn’t been working. Is it a bug? Or am I just doing it wrong.NickM5728910

I’ve only been using this app for about a week or two so I don’t have to much time using it but I would for sure download this app and give it a try before spending $40 a month on any other CRM. They have very very quick live chat and will help you with anything. It’s also a very easy platform to use. If you just want a more simple app because you aren’t the best with technology or you just prefer simple then definitely download this app right now.Show lessJack's Outdoor Cleaning
