I’ve used lawn buddy as a business for a year now. First, the customer service has been outstanding from the get-go. They have been quick to listen and to resolve any issues that I’ve had. I love how they listen to my ideas and implement them in the software at times. What really stands out, is how the employees, James, Nick, Frances, and others, have taken the time to ask me about my business and my life. They care about how I’m doing and how they can help me succeed. The cost is very fair and inexpensive compared to a lot of other software programs. The app and the pc version integrate well and are very user friendly. Overall, LB has helped me save time and streamline my business.
