Login with FB
Changed the phone and login with FB not working. Remote home is out of control. The app is not stable, routines crashes randomly and as a result uses a lot of electricity when not needed. Sad for poor developmentdfsjgsf
Very difficult to understand
I really like being able to program my radiators, but this app makes it very difficult to do so. The way it’s organized is opaque, making schedule adjustments is confusing, and it seems to be impossible to program more than two temperatures in one room.Magzgagz
Bug continues
No matter what you do with the programming, the Monday sleep time reverts back to some weird default and you cannot adjust it. Even by deleting the schedule and starting over. Frustrating.theroux

Enklere enn dette kan det ikke gjøres å legge til to ovner og få begge vist på telefonen. Deretter vises begge på samme side og hvis du vil forandre temperaturen under: «Ønsket temperatur» vil et trykk på enten pluss eller minus forandre temperaturen på begge ovnene. «Rommets temperatur» vises hele tiden.
Dette er et utmerket system som jeg liker meget godt, kan anbefales på det sterkeste.FinnKristoffersen

Confusing logins
Pop up tells me the “Adax Wifi2” app will be moved to the new “Adax Wifi”. I installed the app, but it would not let me log in. Tried with both google and FB logins, and ironically it tells me I do not have a account! I went back to the old app to check account info, an cannot see the login info. I will stay on the “Adax Wifi2” app a little longer.Green-Surf

Hey, thank you for your feedback. This is confirmed to work, no issues with login. It might be that you have used login with e-mail (not Google or FB) Please try login with e-mail and use "reset password" if you have forgotten your password. We have three ADAX Neos and neither will connect to WiFi. Tried following the directions on the app but I can’t get rE to stay up to begin the process of registering the heaters.Josh Chastain
