The app works well ans I was able to easily setup all my heaters which look very nice BTW.
Worked once, now won't connect
At the present time I wouldn't recommend these heaters.
I inherited one of these heaters (WiFi version) when I moved house. I managed to get it connected once and it worked until the heater disconnected from the network and wouldn't reconnect. I've disabled 5Ghz on my router and turned off repeaters but it refuses to pair.
What's really frustrating is that the heater just seems to lock to whatever temperature it was at when it disconnected so it's just an expensive heater with no timer function.

Poor explanation on WiFi connection
I followed the instruction and it didn’t work. I tried pressing +, - and ok button so many times following the troubleshooting guide on the app and my finger tips became sore. I did think that my heater was faulty from the shipping at one point. Thanks to other reviewers here, I found my router SSID also contains space and had to change it. And it finally worked but took me two hours. No mentioning about SSID and password restriction on Adax site. After changing SSID I had to update the WiFi settings of other devices which took me another hour... the heater is working, nice and warm.

Grate product
I would love to see HomeKit integration.

Needed to change router SSID and password to contain no special characters!
Quite a challenge to get the ADAX heater (wifi + bluetooth) connected to Wifi using an iphone. Initially the app froze on the screen asking to turn on the phone bluetooth, even though that was turned on. However, in Settings/Adax Wifi, the switch for ‘connect via bluetooth’ has the default setting of ‘off’. After changing that to ‘on’ and following the process on the app, we still could not connect to Wifi. It turns out that you need to be connected to the 2.4Ghz channel and that both the SSID and password for the wifi need to be quite short and contain no special characters. Our SSID contained a space, and that was sufficient to cause a problem!

Good app with some features to add it would be even better
The thermostat are great, also the app. I like the new feature which says how much electricity have you spent.
I would add the following features:
- Set Away mode automatically depending on the phone localisation. So if all the members of the house are away it changes automatically to away mode.
- Turn off the thermostat lights when sleep mode, as an option. The (temperature) lights are really annoying at night if the thermostat are in the bedrooms. At least it should be possible decrease these during the sleep mode.
- Connection with IFTTT would be also great.
- When you create a schedule, it isn’t shared in the rest of the devices, you have to create it individually. That’s really annoying if you want to create just one for all the devices, it should be able to see it in all the devices.

Simple & excellent
Not sure why others are having difficulty but the App is mega simple to use. Even the step by step book instructions perfectly mimic / illustrate the steps. Remember to select the 2.4ghz (not 5ghz) Wi-Fi option which it clearly states. Also, loving how the packaging has the measured / perforated screw holes when you flip open the box (ready to go). Box flip you can put a spirit level to double check level. Excellently though our end to end including the app.

Confusing logins
Pop up tells me the “Adax Wifi2” app will be moved to the new “Adax Wifi”. I installed the app, but it would not let me log in. Tried with both google and FB logins, and ironically it tells me I do not have a account! I went back to the old app to check account info, an cannot see the login info. I will stay on the “Adax Wifi2” app a little longer.

It might be that you have used login with e-mail (not Google or FB) Please try login with e-mail and use "reset password" if you have forgotten your password. No connection
Just fitted my very expensive tried to connect to WiFi controls and as always nothing ever works , will not connect to heater tried turning off resetting deleting the app nothing works .
Gave up and thought I would look for trouble shooting page , not one of those , e mail address to send e mail , not one of those , I will box it back up and get my mo eg back .
Do these companies ever test there products ??

The app simply does not work
Put simply, lovely-looking products, utterly useless software and apps. This app is terrible in a number of ways, first of which is that it does not actually control the heater at all. Our heater is WiFi connected and all set up, but the app does not work 95% of the time. So the heater is now a manual one.
The app itself, even if it did work, is one of the worst in home technology; it looks like it was designed by a child. The English makes no sense in many places (“keep away until stopped”?!), the scheduling is impossible to figure out, and the temperature calibration of the device just gets ignored in favour of a separate thermometer in the cabin.
I cannot stress it enough - if you want a product with a functioning, useable wireless app, I would recommend any other company than ADAX.
