Pointless app - just launches a website
All it does is launch a website in safari
Where is this update??
You have been in the process of upgrading this app for 5 months now with no update! I have had to jump through hoops to access my financial details. Get it fixed already!
Very outdated app
Does not give you payment option.
Does bot allow you to pay by urself.
Does not give you updated balance, if you call them you are always in que for more than 39 min.
They need some really good upgrade. Feels like these guys are still in their 1990’s not yet entered the new genration.

Not user friendly
To log into the app it takes me to the website and then you can’t login cause it keeps saying incorrect details. Not very easy to use and why have an app if it just takes you to the webpage anyway?
Doesn’t work anymore
The app used to be alright… when it actually worked. I’ve not been able to check my loan balance in months. Please get this sorted out Toyota..

Comes up with errors all the time
You can’t even log into see what you owe on your finance or anything else and trying to contact Toyota finance is a waste of fine to tell them the app doesn’t work

Login screen never appears, even when it did I logged in once and every time after that my password was always rejected even when reset. Reinstalled still no good
Really bad app
Very bad login keep telling me I am not registered then telling me my password wrong then not letting me ad my car so so bad we deserve better app then this just west of my time
Worst App - Get an IT Expert In
I continue to try and open app to review my account and account balance to no avail! I have even tried to re load the app no difference! Very poor for a Company like Toyota!! Surely you can get afford an IT expert to sort the problem for customers?
