Useless app
This app is one of the worst I came across.
From trying to log in one day to not been able to get the app to display anything regarding my customer portal and this is ongoing .
I do hope the developer will spend some time to fix it .

Hopeless.
Hopeless app. Either I can’t log on at all or only for one look at my account then it shuts down. The only way then is to delete the app and then reload it.

Complete and utter usless! Can’t log on so not able to keep check on car finance. Kept ringing Toyota, keep being fobbed off!! Congratulations TOYOTA on successfully losing customers!! Would not recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely terrible CS
Since Toyota have been attempting to cut costs by developing g their Finance portal online, it has proved to be useless.
Of the three Toyota owners I know separate to myself, we are all that annoyed Toyota continue to ignore us and so we are all planning on leaving them for another car dealer simply because of a cheap attempt to save money instead of employing humans to man the phones properly.
This is a lesson in how to lose a life customer base quickly.
I can’t log in as the system refuses to send me a password reset email. I can’t get through by phone and the next insult will be the car gets repossessed because of Toyotas complete mess.
Ridiculous!

New app
Can’t log on , i can log in on line but not this app !!
No point downloading it.
Each time I click on the ToyotaFinance login section it just opens a tab in Safari anyway, so there’s no real point to downloading the app if I still have to use the website.
Useless
This app is absolute rubbish. I have never been able to log on. It won’t recognise my details and then every now and then when I do get through it tells me that the function I’m after isn’t working at the moment. Fix it, Toyota.
Very bad app
It keeps telling me my password is wrong which is impossible that I have record. You are a big company you should have proper app to use for customers’ convenience. It is annoying to use and can not check activity . You don’t deserve even 1 Star . Try to use yourself this app. It is very fraustrating to use.

Log in issues
Keeps locking me out of my account, I saved the password in my phone and also saved my log in details in my notes after last time’s issues. Reset passwords they send don’t work either, I’ve wasted too much time and getting nowhere
Not necessary
App is exactly the same as the web browser page. No more features, completely pointless. Probably just farming your phone for information.
