“Inclusive” (Exclusive)
PB Kids has become “inclusive” while simultaneously excluding children of fairer skin on their website and in their catalogs. If you’re going to be inclusive, then include everyone and not just people of color (such as myself). It’s poor business practice and although it boosts your ESG score, it reflects poorly on your customers who believe in true equality for all. I suppose I should have read the writing on the wall when PB Kids began selling a children’s book called “A is for Activism.” I will be taking my business elsewhere.Show lessTarawr85
Amazing Store
I just love how pottery barn kids has so many things for kids and toys and I really like the style and how much they put into creating the item. I would honestly recommend Pottery Barn Kids.G.234
App difficult to navigate
I spent almost 12 hours trying to navigate the website and complete my order. Between it freezing, not loading, having technical issues… then going to check out ant it duplicated all my items. Had to go back and fix. Items were saying free shipping and then I had a shipping fee at the end. I only ordered this because I had already hyped my son up about it, but I really wanted to not buy anything.Show lessKatMR16
Frustration using app
The app bumped me out many times, would not let me add a bundle backpack lunch box water bottle to my cart, and the would not retain an address I added for shipping to a different location other than my own. Very frustrating! I said I wouldn’t buy again from Pottery Barn after a mess I had with dishes I sent as a gift to someone. But here I am - granddaughter wanted a specific backpack. Mobile App could be better
I’m a fan of Pottery Barn. I like to scroll through the selection. When it comes to taking a closer look, however, I find the online option much preferred. The mobile app lacks the ability to zoom in on the detail of the items.dancingnancy17

The Pottery Barn Kids app is so useful and easy to navigate. I find everything I need with ease and the descriptions of the products make it a smart decision to purchase.

I had a difficult time signing in to an existing account. I then went in as a guest and still had a difficult time ordering. I wasn’t given an opportunity to enter a discount coupon when placing the order.Nana Bear Cubs

I like the quality of your furniture bc it’s solidly built to last. Also like the accessories that you have like the protective mat for the top of the table. This will be for my grand daughter who is turning two in a few weeks. Thank you for the cyber Monday sale as it did save me some money which helps me. Absolutely horrible
This is by far the worst app I ever come across. Order history will never display, things are randomly deleted out of your cart after purchases are made, account information will not display along with customer service. Returns are impossible as nothing can be viewed on the app to showcase purchase history. Will never purchase from Pottery Barn again.
