I enjoy adjusting the scent program to meet my family’s needs. I liked that I was able to turn down the scent while my elderly in-laws were here for Christmas Dinner. I also love that there are no irritants for my dog so I don’t have to worry about her. The night light is so pretty and completely adjustable! I can’t wait to buy more scents! Pura- please bring your scents to Canada by subscription! Until then, I will purchase them on Sephora and Amazon. I think I’m going to save a lot of $$ not having to buy expensive candles anymore. Bonus!!

Two devices neither work.
since the updates recently
I only tested 2 scents so far. maybe it’s just me but i feel like after 2 weeks I had to bump up the scent number to keep it coming out stronger. like i feel when they were new, i could get away with level 3-4 in my small bathroom. now certain schedules I bump up scent to 8-10 to get it to smell strong enough. we will see how future scents go.
also wish you can save schedules and copy/paste them. so time consuming when you want to conserve certain times. and have so many schedules set up.

Also, the app is helpful, but there’s no “back” button when you’re trying to navigate. I was swapping out a subscription and wanted to read about some scents first, and I kept having to exit out of the app and get back in and start over because you can’t just push “back”.
Overall pura really is an awesome concept. I like the convenience of controlling it by my phone, and they have really unique scents.
Just a couple of adjustments:
1. Make the pricing consistent and make sure the original people would be locked in on the old pricing plan every month without me having to reach out for a special code-because that’s what we were told.
2. Make the app easier to navigate to go back and forth when swapping out scents.

As Far as the delivery Fast Clean and Safe.
The Bamboo scent is amazing and the Rose in my sunroom? Getting mega compliments. I have cats and a dog and this is definitely helping in the summer and in quarentine not being able to obtain freshness cleaners constantly as before. Limited to naturally now and with this App you get a constant fragrance of clean with linens and specific oceans. So you can use healthy cleaners and get a fresh scent from Pura.

Okay in bedrooms
The app has some bugs that still need to get worked out. I have only had this for 6 weeks and I’ve had to factory reset the device and I will manually delete “schedule” and then when I re-open the app there they are. It’s very frustrating.
