Alerts are back! 😄
After many months of missing phone alerts, the Linear alerts (openings, closings, and such) are back. Like other users, the alerts went away even though all our personal settings were correct.
I hope the alerts stay this time.johnpsu
Notifications don’t work
It was a nightmare to pair… once that succeeded, it use to work great. Couple of months ago, notifications stopped working, maybe when iOS was updated but all other apps work well. Now, even opening the app (in different) devices, it doesn’t show an accurate time on the latest garage door statusrjpr81
Notifications started working again!
The app provides limited but useful functionality of managing your garage door remotely.
I like that the app sends out notifications when the door is opened/closed along with the method used. These notifications worked initially for few months; but later stopped working. Tried to troubleshoot this but to no avail.
Fast forward to today - and I noticed that the app notifications started working again! The app has earned the 4 stars 😃Show lesssamurai jack & aku
Notifications don’t work anymore, tried everything
App worked great when 1st downloaded but after several months the notifications stopped working. I use to get alerts when my door was opening or closing and the time it happened. Great when you’re not home but get alerted that door was opened and you know kids made it home for example.
BUT it doesn’t work anymore even thought notifications on iPhone are turned on. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled, restarted phone, turned off notifications and back on and none worked.
It is nice to be able to open and close door yourself from your phone but that’s the only benefit now.
When I sent a troubleshooting email it just said to contact my dealer

I’m almost worried this is a scam
The entire onboarding experience is terrible. I’m totally confused here. The app asks for a model number and refers to a pairing button like I should know what or where those things are.Shoppyonline2
App is useless
No longer getting notifications like many others. Seems the company could care less if their app works. If this wasn’t already installed when we bought the house we never would have went with this type of opener. Save yourself some trouble and just get a Chamberlain IQ. Outdated
Suddenly I stopped getting notifications and the geofencing feature stopped working. I’ve tried to find a way to fix it and even emailed the company but nothing worked and they have just a nothing-type form letter reply. It will open and close but even that isn’t consistent. Terrible app.Kevcobb
Failing Notifications
Been using both the app and the garage openers for 2 years and they have been working well until recently. The notifications are failing to appear when somebody uses the openers.aaricdaaric
No notifications now!
Since one of the many recent iOS updates, the app no longer provides on-screen notifications about the doors opening and closing. I’ve checked all settings and everything is set correctly.
Looking at the reviews, it seems Linear isn’t going to be concerned that their app doesn’t work.
That’s really too bad because it was a decent app. Hard to get the openers set up on it, but good once programmed.Show lessWIGuy55
No notifications
My notifications have stopped working. They are turned on in the phone and it used to work. In fact, we used to get too many (4 every time we opened and closed 2 fir the door and light one and 2 fir door close light off).
