    I cannot register for an account due to an error saying “ The SourceCode field is required”.
  • Disappointing

    In Singapore on the 21st March.
    I checked the options available on the MasterCard airport experience, crystal jade restaurant was listed. I decided to try their offer. After discussing with 3 staff members and on the phone with the restaurant manager, they refused to honour the offer saying they are not aware of such deals. I had them put this in writing, letter which I sent to the MasterCard team in Singapore. I wasted half an hour there.
    Checked the app again and the lounge next to crystal jade, name starting with a D, queued there, the queue was very long, when I finally reached the counter, the receptionist advised that they are not accepting lounge key anymore as the lounge is full.
    Checked the app again and headed to the other side of the airport where I finally got into the lounge. By the time I put my luggage down I saw that my flight was on last call so I had to leave straight away, not even had time to eat anything.
    Thus I would like my visit to the lounge to be credited back to me, as due to your bad servicing at 2 lounge experience and the significant time spent discussing with your suppliers, I didn’t enjoy any MasterCard experience.
    Looking forward to the immediate credit of this 1 visit to the Singapore lounge.

    Avianca lounge only allows you to enter from 6pm
  • Lounge Key

    First time I have used the Lounge Key and I was disappointed. I used the Lounge in Montreal and it was like a busy cafeteria with undrinkable wine.

  • Last update screwed everything up.

    Today update (Jan 21) made the app almost unusable, most of the lounges don’t appear listed in the app, nearest airport feature doesn’t work.

    Visits to CUR Hato airport lounge and BOG Eldorado lounge did not meet expectations. Low choice of food and beverages and too crowded lounges made the experiences below average.
