En recientes viajes a Miami he tratado de utilizar la tarjeta para ingresar a salas VIP en Argentina y en Miami y siempre han encontrado una excusa para impedir el acceso, incluso dentro de los horarios que se indican en la aplicación. En Miami Terminal J - Salón Avianca incluso me indicaron tan solo que NO están aceptando la tarjeta. Es decir, para pasar vergüenza, prefiero ya ni usarla.

Not true
As per their own app. I should get acces to certain VIP Lomges. Not true. At Miami J Avianca Lounge I was denied access. Avian a claim they do not hold any agreement. I identified myself. Showed the coupon. Showed the app. They just denied my access

Scam
Every single time I try to enter the Avianca Lounge at the Miami Airport, I am rejected. Either under the excuse they are crowded (which by my check is not true) or that the accept after some time (which seems to be whimsical).
So, including this Lounge as one you should have access by being a Black Master Card holder is a scam and not true at all.
Nevertheless, to say the assistants are quite rude.

Terrible
Very misleading. I started this as an offer from HSBC for 2 visits with a guest each time. Well, they took both visits when I was only there once with my wife, then charged me for my children but didn’t say anything until I saw the bill on my credit card. This was deliberately misleading by HSBC and Lounge Key. Very unprofessional. Even when I called Lounge Key to see if this could be resolved, I’ll I got was “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I won’t ever use this service again. They’re not trustworthy.

It keeps showing error. I managed to register with the loungekey app but this one is giving me a huge problem

Total Garbage
Completely worthless as it doesn’t work. You put in your card number and the Captcha and it just has an error. I know the number and captcha is correct and tried it four times. Aggravating.
