Not accepting the entry to the long
I tried in 23 of November2023 to access the lounge by using the card. Unfortunately, it’s not accepting ,there is no reason why it’s not. We tried many times doesn’t give any reason or justification for this denying then I paid from my personal card, cash the fee to enable me entering the lounge….!!!!!!Show lessFahad k Binkhunain

Got a Ascend world elite card for the lounge access. The app doesn’t recognize the card and asks for a valid number. Called customer service but smells fishy as you are asked to punch in your card number. Absolutely useless for meLaminaoui

It’s really not a good practice to have no options when traveling to US. I have 4 passes but can’t use them because it needs to be an international flight. No value in paying $150 for a MasterCardClyde224

Firstly, these lounges are almost impossible to find in an airport and if you do locate it on the app, it is in another terminal. It is never located in the main airport terminal.
Secondly, they are often very crowded with limited seating such as Fort Worth terminal.
Thirdly, the food offered is poor quality.
The only value I have experienced with this lounge is a drink. I’m am seriously exploring other options.Show lessLou Lou lounge
