  • Truly a garbage app

    Lounge keys never work. Prime destination lounges are never available to Mastercard customers. You get bumped from lounges in favor of people who pay out of pocket.

  • Card not working

    Tried to use my Platinum Master Card at a key lounge today, and my card wasn’t working. Have also tried to create an account, through the app, and it won’t accept my card.
    My card is not attached to an American Express, which I was told might be why my card isn’t being accepted.

  • Unable to Register

    I live in US and had to Travel to India, I have tried to download and register from India by adding my US Master Cards and this app isn’t recognizing my card numbers tried with my 3 credit cards, none went through

  • Old Mastercard

    Website is not allowing me to update my new Mastercard or change email contact info.
    Cannot book lounge at LHR.

  • Accessing airports lounges using my HSBC premier master card

    It is simply too expensive and each time I use it it costs me £25 (was £20)! I now use my Turkish bank master card and access airport lounges free of charge.

  • Can not access

    I requested an email to reset my password multiple times, never did receive an email. Attempting to recreate an account and keep receiving an error message.
    So far, would have been better if I could actually talk to someone!

  • Don’t download this app in your whole entire life

    I give this a zero star, but I had to give it a one star I wish zero star existed though this app is the worst and it’s trash because if you don’t have an account like me, I sign in and I put in my card information and I put in the right Captcha and it’s saying that I’m in the wrong one and my card is not a valid number. Which doesn’t even make sense because it has to be valid. This is the worst I uninstalled and I’m never getting on this at my whole entire. This app is just a waste of time and piece of trash. Hate this so much. it got me crying over my room because I can’t make my own MasterCard account. That’s all I wanted to say. The creator of MasterCard. Delete the Captcha And delete that card number info, and where you can literary put in your email, put in your phone number put in the name of the owners card. And put in the number. And please fix this problem just hurting my head. Also make the number include spaces.
