Easily the worst travel app I have ever used!
I can’t find how to check in. Every time I search a menu option the app takes AGES to load the page, only to find it is the wrong page.
On the previous leg of this trip (ADL-LHR) I couldn’t download the boarding pass to the Apple wallet. Now I am trying to book in to the return leg of the trip and the app keeps sending me to the completed ADL-LHR information.
The app is so bad it makes me consider whether I want to fly Malaysian again, as it is adding a lot of stress to my holiday!
(I am a frequent traveller and have had no issues with the Qantas, Virgin, Singapore, British Airways and even Ryanair apps).

Suggestion: Enrich Membership Card to Apple Wallet
Very slow and terrible design
Too expensive
Poorly designed and infuriating
Not user friendly and slow
Here are a few of the problems I found:-
1) the app is not native - UI overflows
2) stuck on the loading screen for ages - unhandled unhappy paths
3) no error message on the form - keep returning to the same form
4) no option to check in directly without having to type the booking number.
Also, what happened to multiple payment options?
