App keeps crashing
The app has been crashing lately. My saved classes disappear and I have to choose them over and over again. This morning, no matter the class chosen or gym location, there was an error message that no classes are scheduled. I only found this out because I needed to cancel a reservation and I kept getting an error that it wasn’t going through. When I refreshed the app it began to show these issues of not having any classes.Show lessShuemmer

App no longer useable since update
I can log in to the website, but when I put in the same log in credentials into the app, it says “Become YMCA of Greater Richmond member today to unlock YMCA of Greater Richmond app and benefits”.
The support page the app store link directs me to is useless as well. There is no place to submit a support ticket for this issue. App is completely unuseable now.Show lessacl6ek
