Refuses to allow you to login
Each time I attempt to login with my credentials that I know are correct, the app tells me it does not recognize my email address. Therefore, I cannot use the app at all.hardlygregory
Re-installed twice, won’t update
I liked the older version much better. I’ve installed this twice and it still won’t update my “activity level “ accurately and frequently drops workouts I’ve entered.Random old guy
Very simple and user-friendly
I count on the Y app to keep me current on classes etc. This is vital to us during this public health crisis. It is very user-friendly even for those who aren’t tech savvy!senior weight loss

This is a very useful App. It is intuitive and easy to use. The best part I like is that I don’t need to carry a paper schedule with me anymore (and thereby help save trees). The programs I signup for automatically appear on my calendar. I can add or delete my activities whenever necessary. Thank you YMCA of Richmond.Show lessAshley2201
Fitness app works well
I think the app is great. Two things that don’t work well. I can’t add a profile photo, and I have to go outside the app to set appointments. I don’t see anything that would give the app access to camera or phots, so perhaps that’s one issue that can easily be fixed.Angelssix
Body discrimination
I think the stock image of the thin, young woman should be changed on this app, to be more inclusive of the average range and age of people actually using this app.
I also find it difficult to navigate. It’s not user friendly.999Cupcake999

I love setting goals. The app works well. I would add Water Exercise as a separate exercise choice in recording workouts.CalicoDen58
