I know you can get frustrated sometimes with these banks because every bank have there own wahala. Note I wasn’t paid to make the comment oml. But this bank has been working perfectly for me and I was able to even access loan few weeks of using the app. If they eventually disappoint me I’ll be here to edit my review but for now the bank is the bestShow lessSmittrios

Is frustrating and annoying, applied for a debit card and 2000 naira was deducted from my account, it's been up to 2 months now, and nothing has been delivered no phone call or any sign to show it's coming to me someday, again I have been restricted from login to the app while my money is still in there and I keep receiving deductions notification but they won't let me log in to the app, keep saying something is missing when everything is correct, I tried deleting the app and reinstall it as instructed by the customer care still to no avail, I need my money including the debit card I paid for, return the money to me if you can’t get the card to my destination, unlike the other banks,Show lessOby40
Fraud
This bank is a fraud people should Stêf away from it Im now regretting the day I opened I opened the app sign up fund it trying to creat 4 digit pin says my info is incorrect because it ask for security phrase bullshut I sent it in second ago and is telling is not correct still I called one of their customers service he told me to delete the application and redownload which I did and since then I’m unable to log in my log in details is correct but after confirmation my biometric and it says it completed it comes up with something is missing very very annoying is now 4 months now yet is not log in my money is in it but I can’t withdrawShow lessonyxwise
Unable increase tier
Been trying to reset a security question I was never given plus this account is most used by corpers please try to make its user interface more encompassing as its really a maze when trying to get from basic security details to even just tier upgrading .. nevertheless great app looking forward to a better reviewShow lessbriggs312

Redeem Point in the App
I can’t Redeem my point in the Wema App and it will expire soon. Meanwhile have upgraded the App till Date but at the End of input my Pin digit, it will say Failed with 3 diff reason
1. Acct Number must not be Empty
2.Acct number should be 10 digit
3. Acct Number should be Numeri Value.

Don’t bank with them if you stay abroad
I repeat don’t bank with them if you live abroad . They have no solution to your problem . They will tell you to go to Nigeria before they could fix any issue partaking to your money . My money is till locked inside the account. I will be in Nigeria soon to fix it and close my account. I wish there is 0 star , that’s what they deserve . If you love your money avoid this bank . Banking has been more easy for me with alat every of the necessary features are flexible and easy to use , even when it comes to difficulty in the system the customer service are always responding to every complain which are later rectified , I’ve never had a need going to visit or queue at bankzaklykq
OTP problem
Okay… I changed my phone few days ago. I tried to login to my account and it was asking me to verify if it’s me since I changed my phone… then I clicked on verify and it says an OTP has been sent to my phone number which I never got… it’s been over 24 hours now I can’t login because I didn’t get the sent Otp.
