This app is crashing every time you minimize! And try to get back on it, at first I’ll restart my phone , and it’ll go back I can use it , but now even if I restart it don’t work anymore. Please fix thisWema user
Worst experience
I was asked to update the app and I didn’t want to do that because I know this app can be funny. Now after updating overnight itself I can no longer login since it’s telling me the device I have been using for months now is asking for new verification to switch... switch again into the device I have been using for a while and upon entering the OTP I keep getting something went wrong please try again for over 24 hours now.Show lessfasasilee

Classic user interface and experience. Best thing that happened to mobile banking! Waiting for new features. Watching out for:
1. Update personal info.
2. Enable and disable SMS/Email notifications

App crashes
Rubbish app ever seen. It's not working on my iPhone 8plus, can't even login at all talking of requesting for ATM card. Can't do anything Mtcheeeew. Fix bug and upgrade app
Lately the app has been crashing anytime I try to set a goal on it. The bug should be fixed ASAP so as to be able to use the save goal feature on the app and also there should be an upgrade on the app so as to be able to hide account balance from other viewers around during the cause of accessing the app to make transfer, pay bills or buy airtime and data. Can’t seem to use my atm online and the Wema loan
I’ve tried using my atm online but it doesn’t seem to be working despite doing everything the customer service told me to do. And also getting a loan seems impossible, I’ve tried everything mentioned by the customer service as wellSkeledoh

I can’t Login and can’t withdraw
I couldn’t login into the app because it was showing login error and I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. Then I wanted to login and it was showing me if I wanted to make the device my primary device because the phone am using now isn’t the one I used to open the account and it said I should click yes or click cancel to close and proceed with the Login and I couldn’t find any cancel to click and I can’t login now and the ALAT card is also giving issues. I can’t withdraw at all. All ATMs are rejecting the card even Wema bank own. Am so fed up. I regret ever opening this accountShow lessFlorence👑
