Poor banking system
There’s nothing to rate about this app or bank as well you deserve no star at all, your banking system is too poor sincerely, imagine I sign up upload all necessary document needed since then I can’t transfer fund out to another account it will be saying inactive account and I keep on uploading same document everyday to verify it after uploading the document it will be successful but it’s rubbish it won’t allow me to send out moneyShow lessAllenbaton

Unsatisfactory
I’ve been having an issue on my account for over 2weeks now. Says debit restricted and as we speak I still can’t do anything on my account. I can’t even give you 1 star because you don’t deserve it until you prove otherwise. The customer service is the most annoying part they’ve done nothing to help the situation. Scammers Bank
I withdrew $20 to my alat account via my ic market renowned forex trading firm through card option but I have never received the money,after writing to the customer care and providing the ARN for the transaction which makes it easy n simple to track n verify yet all I get is to exercise patience for over a year now if not more than..
Started with low transaction fee now with very fees that they equivalent of extra #N100 compare to other banks for online transaction on dollar rate..
