1. When money gets into your account, it takes the whole day for the app to load and refresh, you won’t be able to perform any transaction pending the time. 2. They charge too much for nothing. I don’t understand why I get debited even when I don’t use the app. 3. Don’t use this app it lags too much, get Kuda instead.Show lessamkingn
FIX THE LGA IN BENUE STATE ON THE APP BECAUSE THE SPACE IS EMPTY
I can’t give them five star because the LGA of benue state is empty and can’t allow you to edit your contact information on the app and that can cause them to not verify your documents , I’ve submitted documents but can’t edit address properly because BENUE STATE LGA is empty and can’t display anything please you guys should fix that , because we need to upgrade our account but by the way your services are nice and appreciate y’all but try to fix that soon thank youShow lessDespee5599
App bouncing back!!
Please fix the app I was enjoying the app seamlessly until I received a notification to update my app for the new update; since then the app keeps bouncing back please fix this I can’t login to do transactions.Nickname😼

Nice innovation
It’s actually a great app. I’m considering the fact that I signed up here at home and got a working bank account in a good time. My friend actually told me I could register but will need to complete the process in a bank close by but he was wrong; it’s all digital which is a good thing.
One thing that would really make it pop is if the US debit card feature starts working. Currently it’s just a dummy and I hope it get improved soon.Show lessTobimadehin
