A total mess
Nothing good about the app, there’s PalmPay, Kuda, V banking…. The only reason I decided to try this app was the visual dollar card feature but I’ve been trying to access it since I opened an account 5 month ago.. doesn’t work, always understand maintenance, you guys don’t have it, why put the features there in the first placeShow lesspenielchi

Well I’m giving just a star because, your customer care service is very poor, you don’t give your customers a listening ear. It’s been more than a month since I open an account and my account remain restricted and I tried resolve that too many times uploading my BVN and everything needed while I can’t even create my pin, with all this idk why I stupid that much thinking they’d provide me a good service and put money into it.. Can’t create a transfer pin
Done the necessary things, but still can’t create a pin for transfer, immediately i answer the security question and i typed the otp sent to my mail to generate the transfer pin, it will close immediately. No matter how much time i tried its still same thing.... just so tired of the so call wema bank..you guys should just fix this and stop playing...Show lessNext awujale
Unable to login my app
Pls rectify my issue, since I upgraded the ALAT app few month ago on my cell phone, I’ve not been able to login the app on my cell phone, I have to login the app on my brother’s phone before I can use it, I’ve tried to delete and download again but still the same result and now I’m thinking about leaving the bank if there’s no remedy to it. Worst bank ever
I open this stupid bank just few weeks back and I have deposited money in the account but I can’t withdraw it keep telling me account inactive I have uploaded all necessary document but this useless bank can’t allow me withdraw my money please do not download this rubbish of a bank they are fraudstersShow lesskcee 123
Debit restrictions
I was happy that i can bank at the comfort of my home when i saw the advert, after signing up and successfully loaded my account those guys just restricted me ever since I can’t do anything with my money, I reached out to all their channels, i even went to the bank but all proved abortive, such a brutal experience.Show lessAhmadduskee
Worst bank and very bad customer service
I opened account with this bank on March and and I immediately download the app and created four digit pin and after the first month of banking with wema , the app stops working ( closes right after it shows the logo ) for over four month I wasn’t able to login into the app and the customer care online are so nonchalant and not willing to provide any means to by-cot this . I can’t even give -8 star .. because this is the worst bank ever in Nigeria . They don’t care about there customers .. there apps are so useless I have done everything at my end , updating , turning on and tuning off my phone , making sure my software update is up to date etc but it still closes right after its shows the wema logo please fix this or you close the app.Show lesserikakoko
