  • Perfect App with ONE HUGE FLAW

    This app has a bunch of great workouts, but has a bug that makes it unusable. Every time you finish a day's workout the app crashes completely, not registering the activity. Fix that, and the app is gold.

  • Great but so buggy

    I love what this app could be if it weren't so buggy. Whenever I want to start a workout, it won't actually begin until I exit the workout screen to the schedule/week screen. When I want to add notes, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. When I want to change the default rest time for an exercise, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I want to end a workout, no matter when I press the button, the workout will be marked as ending at some arbitrary other time when I open the app again. For example, I finished a workout on Wednesday at 3pm. When I opened the app again on Friday at 1pm, that Wednesday workout is marked as ending on Friday at 1pm.

    Also, it would be great if you could change the weight by set, rather than having the same weight for all sets of an exercise. And integration with the health app would be cool, but that's not why I give it 3 stars.

    I still love this app, but the bugs are really irritating.

    Hi, All of the bugs you mentioned won't occur if you have a reliable internet connection. I understand that not all gyms have internet access, so I am working on making it more offline-friendly. But in case you are able to get internet access, this will fix all of the issues you mentioned. Adam
  • Exactly what you need

    I downloaded this for n-suns 5/3/1 and it is perfect. It is straight forward, easy to use, and best of all no BS.
  • Good for beginners and great updates

    This app is good for us weight lifting beginners who have trouble understanding how plans work and how to follow them. Also, the dev is constantly listening and updating this app, very cool.

    i really like the idea of this app, the included programs and the visual instructions and videos. there are just a couple of problems:
    - each program is assigned a weekly schedule with suggested days of the week. you can move the workouts between days within the same week (monday-sunday) but not between weeks, so your schedule has to align with calendar weeks.
    - there's no way to delete or start over a program once you have loaded it. I loaded a program when i first downloaded the app to check it out, not intending to start working out right then. Now i actually want to start and the app thinks I am in week 3 with no option to change or move any of this. I tried deleting the app but it remembered me. I guess my only option is to complete all my workouts in the past? Please fix this! Users, don't load a program unless you are actually at the gym about to start it, and also it's a monday.
