Making online shopping painful

Absolutely infuriating. ShopPay forces you to download their app (and grab your phone number, access to reading your email, requests for push notifications, and more) JUST so you can get your tracking number.

Any company actively slowing down and making the process harder just so they can scrape your data and sell you trash direct from China needs to be taken to task.

Will never be using ShopPay again if I can avoid it.

This app is good for most things but the tracking is dreadful. Every single thing I’ve received I’ve received and the app doesn’t know that I have. Every time I’ve had to mark it as delivered myself. Been this way for years. I’ve even left it weeks after delivery and the app still doesn’t reflect the delivery, saying that it’s still in transit instead. I don’t know if it’s because the delivery company doesn’t communicate with the app people or what, but the tracking is extremely unreliable and won’t be able to tell you where your parcel is and if it’s been sitting in your letterbox for days already or not. It’s so inaccurate. Even Australia Post can get this right, so an app like this should be able to.

If you have received an order but the Shop application is displaying that it is still in transit, you can navigate to the order and mark as delivered: https://shopify.link/vBg0. We love Naturally Organic, there veg are fresh and delicious, the staff pack the veg innBrown paper bags which is organic and cool and awesome, they come so well packed and everything is perfect, they take note of what you say and DO it
With the courier charges not much difference to South Island, which is where we live , 😇🤩❤️

It’s risk to shop from Shop app

I purchased a bread maker from a shop on the Shop App. Although there was a tracking number and it showed that the product had arrived, I did not receive it. I contacted the seller twice via email, but received no response. According to Shop App's rules, if the seller does not respond within 30 days, customers can report this to the platform. However, when I tried to report it, the shop had already closed and no longer existed, making it impossible for me to submit a report. Unfortunately, Shop App couldn't provide protection or take responsibility for my purchase, which made me question the platform's reliability. Therefore, I advise everyone to be very cautious when buying products on the Shop App. If problems arise, the platform's support might not fully protect your rights.

Great but….

Please can you add a nickname function for payment cards?
I’ve just made a purchase with Shop Pay and have ended up incurring charges (through my account provider) because I payed with the wrong card, it would be so much easier if there was a label attached so customers can easily select the card they wish to use without having to go through multiple accounts to match the last 4 digits.
I didn’t even realise the card I’ve used today was saved to my shop account and have now deleted it so this doesn’t happen again even though I would rather keep it on there but just have a little more clarity over which card it is so I can make the choice to pay the fee or not

STOP DO NOT USE DELETE!!!

Shop pay facilitates scam users, lacks basic customer service and has a automated, robotic customer support and issue-reporting procedure. You have to follow up with your bank, not this app when filing complaints on fraud. This app is basically just a middle-man, feeding off the transactions between merchants and customers. But when this is broken or the app allows fraudulent merchants, apparently the onus of responsibility falls on the customer, not the app which allows merchants to scam in the first place. Takes 30 DAYS to report issues, broken links cannot be reported making the procedure worse. Please use industry standard, trusted websites to purchase online, not these new-age, ease-of-use apps who lack the customer service infrastructure or basic level of care to even bother assisting you when it counts.

I ordered a small airline case yesterday and it arrived just after 8 am this morning and free postage, amazing
Well what can l say, the Easyjet small handled case 45x36x20 cm is so lovey. So many pockets and l mean so many it wild do for shampoo soap everything would fit for a weekend lm amazed at the thought that’s gone into it plus it can hook into your main suitcase if needed which is a big plus and it’s EASYJETS free size one so no extra to them which is a plus
I will had got one before even if it’s to put my handbag in as only one item with hem in board cabin , that would fit in easily plus lots of other bits and it’s allowed then, take handbag out onboard don’t have to open it up fully opens from the top

Worst customer care. Nothing

I bought a product from one of there stores, SURNAM. They showed a shipped a different product then what was shown on this platform.

When I approached Shop customer care for refund, they said they cannot help and you have to talk to the store. Store is not ready to refund my money. The store and this app is a fraud and will rob you of your money. Following is the response, and the customer is on there own

“If you're unable to resolve this with the store, I would highly recommend reaching out to your payment provider (bank, Paypal, etc.) to inquire about your options. Your bank or payment processor would have more information on the exact next steps but they typically will have a procedure in place to investigate, and they will be in the best position to assist if you believe that you are not going to receive the goods you have paid for.”

Delivery and non delivery on 7th May 2024

Appalling delivery!!! The item along with a neighbour’s was left outside at the rear of the building!!! This is an apartment block and there is a front door and an intercom system. The person delivering this item did not bother to go to the front door and follow the very simple procedure of inputting the flat number and pressing the call button. Then the recipient would answer the call, press a button and they could then gain access and take the lift to the appropriate floor and successfully deliver the package. This was not done!!!! Another delivery which undoubtedly needed a signature was not delivered! Undoubtedly this was because she simply could not be bothered to walk around to the front door and follow the above procedure!! There is a photograph of her long French manicured nails holding aloft a “unable to deliver note”. This is a downright lie!!! We were at home and she made no attempt to access the building in the logical and appropriate manner!!! It is not the customers fault that she is paid minimum wage!!! This was appalling service!!!!!!!

Awesome Discount Sales Straight to your Phone

I’ve been using SHOP for some time now and I can’t but say that they are the Bomb!!! Some great alternative sellers and your usual good guys back to back and some terrific discounts, of which they send straight away via your smart phone so when the prices are down, you can buy big!! If you have yet to get the SHOP app, do it ASAP and see for yourself how good they really are!! A 10 out of 10 and high 5’s all round!!!
PS; if you, like me, are a HpLovecraft fiend, you will find a lot of great stuff on SHOP!, it’s worth it just for Lovecraftian items themselves!!!!
